Wonderful location, stunning home
Magnolia view is a fantastic upmarket house with everything laid on that you would expect at home.
House was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable (master is memory foam), pool is awesome & we watched the evening fireworks from the pool deck.
Kitchen is well kitted out so we cooked in several times.
The estate of Windsor Hills is a gated community & is exceptionally well maintained & neat, clean & tidy.

A Perfect Place to Stay
I stayed here in early June of 2015 for 6 days with my sisters and our children. Andrea, the owner, was very accommodating, responsive and answered all of my questions. She has a lovely home which is very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen utensils, pots and pans to Wi-Fi. Andrea really thought of everything you could possibly want or need.
The house is spacious and very nicely decorated with a private pool and Jacuzzi which is great after a long day at the parks when the children just want to swim and you just want to relax. Andrea has done a fabulous job in a creating a very welcoming atmosphere in the house. It was so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. The house is also in a perfect location that is only a few miles from the Disney Parks and conveniently located near shopping and many restaurants.
There are also many things to do within the gated resort including go swimming in the huge pools including a zero entry pool, slide down the multi-story slide, catch a movie in the movie theater, or play a game or two in the game room. There is so much to do you don’t even have to leave the resort. You won’t be bored and more importantly, neither will the children.
In summary I can honestly say I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay more perfect! Except, of course, if we could have stayed longer. Next time we are looking to stay in this area, I would definitely want to stay here and I have and will continue to recommend Andrea’s home to our family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly relaxing; excellent location
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to pass along my wonderful experience. Andrea (owner) was lightening fast with her communication. The transaction was smooth and the check-in process a breeze. Comfortable beds and a great location were my number one priorities, and I'm happy to report that I slept better there than I typically do at home -- couches were above average too. Area felt residential but was very close to good restaurants, Target, the parks, etc. Like most (all?) of the homes in this community, there was a lovely pool which my son loved -- another must for us, as it's a very nice way to relax before or after a busy day of sightseeing. And my parents and I enjoyed eating late night dinners outside and loved that we could watch the fireworks from right there in the backyard. Clubhouse had great amenities (great theatre which we didn't use, hot tub which we did, game room and such; just beware the silly rental fee for ping-pong). We only had 4 people staying here so we were able to really spread out, but you could easily accommodate at least 10 I would think (check description to be sure).... very nice sized bedrooms. This place felt much more like a real home than other rentals we have stayed at. Outstanding value. If we go back to Orlando again, this where we'll stay! Thank you Andrea!!!

I know you made a last minute booking so I'm glad that you weren't disappointed.
We didn't want the house to feel like a regular rental property as this is actually our home in Florida so we have concentrated on filling it with features that we would want to find ourselves if we were renting.

Love this place
This villa is amazing it has everything you need and close to all parks shops and restaurants.
We just didn't want to leave and when I get back to florida I will definitely stay here again.

How to get there
Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive from Windsor Hills. Please note that these directions take you on 417, which is a toll road. The total toll needed is $2.50.<BR><BR>Exit the airport using the South Exit and follow the signs for Toll Road 417 South toward Disney/Kissimmee. <BR>Get on toll road 417 South (4 ½ miles from the airport). The sign says “Tampa/Disney World”. <BR>You will go through two toll stations, each requiring $1.00. <BR>Continue on 417 for 19 miles from the airport. Take exit #2 (“Celebration Ave. to 192”). <BR>There is a $.50 exit toll, and exact change is required.<BR><BR>Follow the signs to 192 West (go Right at the exit)<BR><BR>Turn left on to 192 West/Irlo Bronson Highway<BR><BR>Drive on 192 West for 3.5 miles until you reach Old Lake Wilson Road/545<BR><BR>Turn left onto Old Lake Wilson Road/545<BR><BR>Windsor Hills Resort is ¾ mile down on the right. The entrance road is Teascone Rd.<BR><BR>Proceed to the security guard and get your temporary parking pass.
