Our family owned Orlando vacation spot is conveniently located four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You're only a hop, skip and a jump away from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Convenient and affordable.
The location was perfect for our stay to take Grandkids to Disney's Christmas Celebration. The property was what I expected and depending on the mixed family dynamic I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation property. The only downside is the third bedroom is very small.

Thank you for the feedback - third bedroom has two twin beds and is typically used for children...other two bedrooms have a king sized and queen sized bed...unit also has a queen sized pull out couch.

Amazing
I was very pleased with our Grand Palms rental. Everything was clean and it was well equiped for our needs. It's location to Disney is very convenient. My grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub as well as the added touch of the Mickey and Minnie pillows in their bedroom.

Memorial Day Weekend
Our stay in this location was great! Everything was as advertised. Amenities provided were a huge plus! We will use this location again in the future and recommend it to friends and family! Thanks for also recommending Manny's Chop house! Steaks were delicious! Jacuzzi and Pool were a huge help after a long day at the park.

Perfect Stay!
The apartment was exactly as described!!! It was super cozy and comfortable!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! I loved how different each room was and that the living room had a sofa bed!!! It was truly perfect!

Book this property with caution
Couldn't gain access in to unit, flipkey was unable to assist and unable to contact the units manager we were stuck without a place to stay that we thought was secured, was forced to rent a hotel room for the night at 2:30 am in peck season near Disney World must say it was a bad start for our family, and the company and the Units manager refused to compensate for the night that we were unable to t stay in let alone to be placed in a bind to look for a place to stay until the units manager contacted us the next morning with the code for the door

Guest was given all check in instructions weeks before their arrival. Guest forgot to bring instructions with them and tried calling us at 1:30 in the morning. We resent the guest the check in instructions first thing in the morning to grant them access to the unit. The communications with the guest were provided to Trip Advisor as support for their reservation. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the guest not being able to follow instructions. Guest had a great stay once in the unit.

We love staying at Grand Palms Resort
Great location near Disney. Very clean Resort. Love the pool. Thank you Jason for letting us stay in your condo. This was the forth year in a row that we have stayed
on our vacation at Grand Palms. One of the best rents we have had.

“I’ll be back!”
I booked this rental property because of the beautiful pics of it. I was not disappointed! Me and my family enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals in when we didn’t go out to eat, the bedrooms were spacious and we enjoyed the ceiling fans. The pool was a fun place to be and my husband and I got up every morning to work out in the gym. It was close enough to everything in Orlando. I would definitely rent this place again! Thank you for allowing us to stay! I will be back!

Nice place to stay on the inside, what happens on the outside is a different story.
Loved the setup and design of the living facility, however, due to my experience I will never stay there again. My car was stolen and my family and I was left stranded, the property managers were nice and work with us, but yet we were miles away from home. Best to do your homework regarding crimes in the area.

Carol - sorry to hear about your isolated car experience.
In speaking with the authorities, the guest left the keys in their rental car and they deemed this to be an isolated incident. We have owned the property since July 2010 and live onsite during the winter months of January to March every year. We've not had any issues since purchase and as you can see by our other reviews, no other guests have.
