Best floor plans for the best five star community resort which is very spacious around 3500 square feet with 4 large king sized bedrooms, 3 twin rooms including expensive mattresses .
With 4 king-size master bedrooms and their private bathrooms (one with crib on the side), no one needs to fight for who takes what. 3 Twin rooms decorated individually for girls & boys will make your kids busy with their own play house thing. 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each and the other one with 2 bunk beds. 1 large master bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beddings are on the ground floor for easy access. Bedrooms have fans on the ceilings for some cooling.

Keep your expectations low
Pool area is shaded most the time so everything was moldy. If using pool ask ahead of time for service to be complete and heater to be turned on. We could not use pool for first 24 hours because pool hadn’t been previously serviced. No mat at door to pool, floor was very slippery with little water.
We had to supply pool towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, can opener, kitchen towels and wash rags, laundry, dish, and hand soap. Pool table has balls but nothing else.
Most pool towels that were there were stained and/or holey. All should be thrown away.
One room had no lights. Many pillows should have been thrown away. A/C did not work but was repaired second day after we bought 5 fans to get through the night.
Refrigerator had only one shelf. Some dining chairs and one couch were broken. Interior paint shows a lot of wear and tear. There was blood red nail polish dribbled on the staircase.
Housekeepers set the tables beautifully but did a terrible job cleaning the rooms or bathrooms. Plugged drains. Sliding door was grossly dirty and barely worked.
Sound carried from bedrooms and bathrooms. Garage door required 2 men to operate.
Front of house was nicely landscaped. Club house was well maned and pleasant.

Large Rental! Great location!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental property over Spring Break. The owner Sophia was extremely responsive and informative to all questions we had. The house is very large and spacious! The house is located near lots of convenient shopping locations and just a short ride to Disney Property. The beds in main bedrooms are comfortable, though children’s beds are a tad stiff. The rental was clean upon arrival and we found the hot tub and pool in great operating condition. The outdoor space is large and accommodates many people nicely. All bathrooms could use a bath mat as the floors are slippery without something to stand on. The kitchen could use some more hand towels or a drying mat/dish drainer as there was nothing to set clean dishes onto to dry when hand washing. We bought a few linen items and left them at the house for future guests to hopefully use. I would suggest removing the pool table from the garage as it’s not in proper operating condition. There are several pockets missing with plastic bags hanging in their place, that was noticeably awkward. I would stay at this property again in the future as it is more then fairly priced for the location, size, and security of being in a gated resort. Thanks Sophia for a great stay! :)

Nice home base
I booked this house for my boyfriend’s 60 the birthday. I secretly arranged for as many of our 4 kids, spouses and children to spend a week down there. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized just before the vacation date we had booked. My family all went without me anyway. The house is in a lovely adult gated community with a central community centre with a pool, bar, gym. The house itself is clean; there were 10 guests and everyone was able to find a comfortable seat. The beds were comfortable except for one bunk in one of the kids room. It had a really lumpy mattress.
There was lots of cookware and plates but not enough cutlery for 10 people. The BBQ was fine. The fridge was large and worked well.
There is a room in the garage they call the “games room” but that’s a stretch. It’s very worn out.
The hot tub worked on and off during the week with the service people coming and going trying to complete repairs.
Overall it was a great place to stay. Everyone felt totally comfortable there and there were no hastles with the owner. Sunny was honest and straightforward. It was a good rental and a good vacation.

The price was good and the location was excellent and it slept the large family we had but that's it. There was so many damaged items and the play room was unusable. My husband and son in law tripped and fell because the front porch light was out. We asked for the items to be fixed and nothing was done. I had 9 kids that were excited to use the play room but couldn't. I also thought that if a house could sleep 20 there should have been enough utincles and dishes for 20. We stayed there for a week under these conditions of neglect. However, Emerad Island community is a very nice place and the perfect location.

So sorry for the inconvenience. You called me during the weekend and I notify the property mgmt company right away. They promised me that it will be done first thing on Monday and I didn't hear back from you after that. I took it for granted that everything is taken care of. Soooooo sorry about this. I will verify with them in the morning and all these items will be fixed right away. Thanks !

Great week
Went to Disney for six days, adults and kids had a blast. The house was in fine condition and the amenities were great. Plenty of room for the 12 of us.

Amazing price
As stated in the title, the price per night was very competitive. The layout is perfect for two families (which we had). We checked the hotel price, for 2 families, it will easily cost us over $280 per night. But the rate for this rental home is an amazing deal...

Good
Nice place. Plenty of room. Just minor complaints. No big pots to cook in. Pool sticks weren't good. Just needs some small minor updates . Great area. Would stay again

Wonderful House for a big group!
I booked this house for myself and my entire family. The house was spotless and so beautifully decorated! Sophia was such an easy person to communicate with. We had booked the house for a day and then had to reschedule due to hurricane Irma and she was understanding and helpful with the change. Loved your house and hospitality! thank you!

Fantastic!!!
Myself and 13 family members stayed here for a weekend vacation. Resort was fantastic, house was fantastic. Easy to find, easy to access. Home was spacious, nicely furnished and spotless. The bed in my bedroom was super comfy. I slept like a baby. Very close to lots of different restaurants and attractions, however, we ate in all weekend. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. My family and I went to a close by escape room which we found a great groupon for. Overall, I would rate my stay a 5 out of 5. The biggest surprise was that the home was a lot nicer in person. Pictures do not do it justice. I will definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend that you and your family book this home for your vacation immediately!!!

So convenient. Lots of space for everyone.
We loved every minute of it. I would recommend the house to those who love sunshine and family reunion time. It's very close to all parks and shopping. We will definitely be returning.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you fell as if you have entered a special preserve. Guests can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which include clubhouse sauna, fitness center, games arcade, internet cafe, free wifi around the pool areas, Tiki-Bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, and much more !
