This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bath home will easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Our villa has two beautifully furnished Master suites with two king beds, cable TV's, en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area that provides a relaxing base for your vacation. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with cable TV and a bathroom located next to it. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and cable TVs in each bedroom. One of these bedrooms also has a full size crib. Between the 4th & 5th bedrooms is another bathroom. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan.
There is a large lounge/living room with ample comfy seating for all of your guests, cable TV & DVD player. With vaulted ceiling, the large living room also has ceiling fans.
The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. There is also seating in the dining room and breakfast area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron.
When you are relaxing in the villa, the sparkling pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool is gas heated with lighting so that you and your family can enjoy splashing around whatever time of year or time of day you come to stay. If you are interested in a grill during your stay, they are available for rent through our management company. Please contact them after you arrive and they will drop off the grill and utensils you will need.
For additional fun, we also have a game room in the large double garage. The game room has a newly refinished pool table with new pool table accessories, air hockey table, foosball table, tennis rackets, basketball and a double sized futon.
There is free wireless internet access.
All towels, pool towels and linens are provided.
For your convenience there is a full size crib, a crib/play yard, high chair with pads, one full size compact stroller and umbrella strollers all for your use. There is also a safe provided to use for your valuables during your stay.
This is strictly a no smoking and no pet home.
There is a playground right out back of the villa and there is also a tennis court, basketball court and putting green conveniently located right near the villa.

The house is very beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. We had a great time. The only thing I wish I did was to add the heater for the pool because it was a little cool in February to swim without the pool heater. But overall great place to stay. Very affordable. Nice owner. If you have a question, they get back to you right away. Definitely would recommend to stay here. Close to everything. Will definitely book for future Florida trips.

A lovely homely villa, great pool, great facilities and ideal location!
This villa was in a lovely location very close to Disney and easy to access Universal and other attractions. The villa itself was very homely, the beds were extremely comfortable and the linen and towels plentiful. It was great to be able to access the facilities of the laundry room and the kitchen, these made our stay very easy. The pool was a real hit, it was lovely and warm and clean. The pool lady who came every Monday was lovely too! The games room was also a very welcome positive to the villa, our children loved playing pool and air hockey. We were not ready to come home after our 17 day stay and could have happily spent more days in the comfort (and coolness) of the villa! Thank you so much!

good for the locatin
The owners seemed to be very nice and were very easy to contact and replied very quickly. The pool and the house were the same as described in the listing.The location is very close to Animal Kingdom and a good 30 to 40 mins to the rest of the parks.The interior of the house needs to have a very good cleaning. There is some lights that don't work and maintenance didn't get the ok to replace.The living room needs a light,it is very dark.The pool was maintained very good and you need to purchase the heat in the early months.These are small items that were not addressed and overall I would recommend.

Amazing holiday!
This villa was the perfect location for 90% of the things we wanted to do! It was about 40 minutes from the airport, 15-20 minutes from all the Disney parks and about 25 minutes to universal! It was 2 minutes from a Walmart, a 7-11 and a personal favourite - chick-fa-la (sorry if that’s not how you spell it.) it was also near a Red Robin, an Appleby’s, a Hooters (if that’s your thing haha), this amazing Italian that I can’t remember the name of and so many other amazing places! We went on a date night to Outback Steakhouse and it was 100% the best meal we’ve both ever had!! The kids loved the pool and were in it everyday! Definitely pay for pool heat though!! Even if you’re booking for august, the sun didn’t go over the pool most of the day so I imagine it would still be freezing! We tried it before paying for it heated and it was soooooo cold! The big master room where me and my husband stayed was incredible and the bathroom was massive which was a must since our children were in and out of there and wanting to go in our bath most days! The kitchen met our needs and the outdoor area was spacious as well as the living room! My parents stayed in the other master and they said it was great! My brother and his partner stayed in the room with the queen size bed and said it was fine and our 2 children stayed in the other 2 rooms which were way bigger than they’re use to here in the UK! Both of them loved the Disney theme and loved playing with the toys and cuddly teddies left for guests by the owner! Our 6 year old loved the game room too! There’s a pool table, air hockey and football table which were all so fun! The tennis and basket ball courts were a 2 minute walk from the villa and no one hardly used them so felt like they were ours! The upside down house (wonderworks) was about 40 minutes away so not too far! The Villa was in a great location on a lovely quiet street right at the end! Another 2 minute walk away was a little park for kids which both our kids loved too! If they were older it would have been fine for them to go play by themselves for a short while but our youngest is only 1 so of corse not an option! She slept in the cot in one of the single rooms and was full size so she slept brilliantly! Definitely saved the hassle of a travel cot! The Villa is all on one level so was more than perfect for me as I have mobility issues! One issue we had was flying ants! When it rained they were all outside and on two occasions they were all over the bed in my sons room and my brothers room another time! We had no choice but to wash the bedding immediately and my little one switched rooms for the night! It was a bit inconvenient! This is my 4th time in Florida and never encountered this problem before so not sure if it was the time of year as I’ve never been in October before or if it was to do with the hurricane that the ants were around or what. I don’t think it was any fault of the Villa or owner, think it was just a bit of bad luck and possibly weather conditions as mentioned! We also had to call the management company out twice as the door to the pool area had broken and wouldn’t lock! Wasn’t too much of an issue but didn’t feel right leaving the Villa insecure to go out when it’s someone’s home! Better safe than sorry!
All in all it was the best holiday ever and I would be honoured to rent this villa again! Great communication from the owner and amazing place to stay!! Saving every penny to try come back!!

Perfect, family friendly
Indian Creek is a fantastic location, only two miles from US192, Wallmart and all the restaurants and shops that you need. Disney's Animal Kingdom is only five miles away.
Osprey Villa has all the space that you could need, we couldn't keep the children out of the pool. even after a day at the parks, plenty of towels and bedding. If the children wasn't in the pool they were in the games room or exploring the local facilities (childrens park) we would certainly return for a future holiday.

It has its pros and cons
Pros: This home is very close to Disney which is nice! We had 9 people in this home and it felt very spacious. The kids liked playing the Air Hockey, Foosball and pool in the garage. The home provided tennis rackets and basketballs for the nearby courts. There were plenty of towels for showers and swimming.
Cons: The central air didn't work in the bedrooms. There was a portable air conditioner in the one master bedroom but it wouldn't work either. The main area of the home had central air and as long as we kept the bedroom doors open with the fans blowing in, it was fine. There were stains all over the bedroom carpet. Some of the bedding smelled like they had not been cleaned and one comforter had, what looked like food on it. Just comparing to other homes we've stayed at, this home didn't have much supplies (garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, ect). We always bring our own stuff but it's nice to have the "house supply" if we need something. The pool area was dirty. The pool had a lot of bugs in it. We had to use the pool skimmer everyday we wanted to swim. The pool pump started making a weird noise on our last day there. I informed the owner so hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests. This home had a lot of rules and tasks for the guests to do on the day of departure. In our opinion, the guests shouldn't have to strip the beds and wash the towels the day they leave. It's stressful enough to get everything packed up to head home, especially with 5 kids.

We are very sorry to hear about these issues. We recently had a new air conditioner installed so we will contact the installer and have them take a look at it. We just had the carpets professionally cleaned last week. I will speak to the management company about the supplies and rules/tasks as well as the pool company about the cleanliness of the pool and area. Again, we are very sorry and are following through with these issues.

The house is beautiful, More space than I needed, But enjoyed having! close to universal and Disney, and walmart and dollar tree are like 5 mins. away.

Our Home is located in the Indian Creek community located right off of Highway 192. The Indian Creek community is one of the closest communities to the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney is a 8 min drive to the front gates. This includes Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney's two Water parks.
Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventures (home of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter) and City Walk are a 25 min drive and Sea World 20 min drive. We are within 2 minutes of Formosa Shopping Center which is your destination for all the comforts of home. This includes a large supermarket for all your shopping needs, stores, and many popular restaurants. Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Buffalo Wild Wings, Miller Ale House, Fridays, Ponderosa, Houlihans, Bahama Breeze, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and Cracker Barrel just to name a few.
For the golfing enthusiast, there is fabulous golf courses minutes away. Shingle Creek Golf Club, Orange Lake Resort, Celebration Golf Club, Falcons Fire Golf Club, Disney Golf (Lake Buena Vista Golf Course), Disney Golf (Osprey Ridge Golf Course), Champions Gate Golf Club (International & National), Highland Reserve Golf course & Waldorf Astoria Golf Club just to name a few.
If you drive east for around an hour you will find the Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful Atlantic coast beaches of Daytona and Cocoa. Head out West and you can find Busch Gardens and the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. The brand new Lego land in Winter Haven is approximately 1 hour south on RT 27.
For keen shoppers, we are ideally placed for Outlet Malls, factory stores, the magnificent Florida Mall and the brand new Mall of Millenia, all easily accessible.
