3 bedroom/2bath condo sleeps 6 5 miles from Disney at Villas at Island Club gateed community. Fully furnished full kitchen 4 flat screened tv's internet access inunit washer/dryer cable tv pool hot tub tenis court rear private deck. Unit faces the pool, hot tub, tennis volley ball courts, child play area, bbq area, club house that has video games and exercise room. It is great for short and long term rentals.
I was very surprised about how clean and very well decorated the home was. My family of 5 was very happy with the facility. The upgrades that were put in place was very noticeable. There was car seats and strollers to use that were very handy during our stay. We highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Orlando. Very close to Disney and other attractions. Food and general entertainment is very close. We will definitely look to stay again when we return.

Great place, with owner who cares
This place far exceeded our expectations. We have two small kids, and we could nap during the day and nobody kept us up at night. The pool is right across the parking lot, but we never heard a sound from it. Actually, we never heard any sounds from neighbors, etc. and we were there six nights.
The owner, Joanne, just updated it too so there was nice tile that looked like wood planks throughout and a giant tv (maybe 70”?) on the wall in the living room.
Joanne was always very quick to respond if we had questions. It is obvious she cares about her place, even having Disney decor throughout.
There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well.
We highly recommend!

Disney stay
This was our first Florida and Disney stay as a family, first time ever renting and it was very easy. The home was very clean, kids enjoyed it, we all did. It was close to everything we needed. The only negative I have to say is the A/C, it was pretty warm inside. But I would recommend it to others and would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Lovely.....
We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to the parks and mega marts. It was clean, and easy to find.

IT was a awesome place to stay while on vacation a home away from home..
Mrs Joanne was very helpful and assist me with every concern and questions,her place was clean and fully equipped with everything you need and it was also in a very good location,I didn't get to experience the pool but I sure will another time because without a doubt I will be staying there again God spare my life and all is well with my family.

My disney Vacation
Everything was wonderful in the the house, near disney, all equip with everything in the kitchen, a lot of towels and everything very clean. Also didn't have to meet no one for check in or check out, everyrhing was send to me a month in advance my checking date. 5 star rating. Looking forward for my next trip to disney. Thanks Joanne

Great place to stay
I found this place to be beautifully decorated, and spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great having all the extra personal items, such as :shampoo. soap, and conditioner. Our place was very quiet and we liked that the pool was located just across the street!
