Vacation homes second homes and primary residence this beautiful development has three lakes, and is surrounded by natural landscape. Designed and maintained to a very high standard, Cumbrian Lakes is situated in Kissimmee Orlando, Florida and is an absolute retreat after a busy day.
Ideally located just 10 miles from Disney World and close to a host of restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attractions make this the perfect place for a vacation home.
For the golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St.Petes and Cocoa Beach.
Main entrance: The entrance of the community is secure and gated at all times. You will be needing a code to open the gates provided 60 days prior of your arrival. The code will be given to the guests only after the full payment is received.
The address will also be provided 60 days prior arrival. The key will be given by the Management Company upon arrival. It could also be pick-up locally and given by the owner.

I stayed in the home for a week, I must say the home is more beautiful in person, the jacuzzi was awesome the pool was clean, the master bedroom is awesome, the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to wake up, they have plug-ins so the house always smelling nice, they have more than enough towels and utensils...overall the home is lovely, Salvo I salute you for a nice clean beautiful home...I recommend anybody there who want a quiet, clean nice comfortable home...

Vacation 2018
The house we had in Orlando for 10 days helped make this trip the vacation of a life time , after being on the go for 12 hours a day comeing back to this executive style home with the pool and hot tub made the deserved relaxation that much more enjoyable
House is very well equipped with all the amminties you would ever need, we will be returning and will not be looking any where else .. A+++++

Nice place!
The place was nice and neat, had a homey feel. I was especially grateful for the crib.Less than 30 mins drive to all our attractions.

Best rental we have ever stayed in! Salvo was beyond kind and helpful with absolutely every aspect! Everything was clean and worked perfectly! It was even more beautiful than the pictures! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit. Great value! Worth every penny! I cannot say enough how perfect this rental was, but mostly how much we felt taken care of! Salvo was just so kind and made sure nothing went wrong! We very much appreciated that!

Ticked Every Box For 2 Adults and 3 Children
Bad - Points (to be fair, thats all we want to know about). The Air Hockey Table was in poor condition so the kids couldn't play with it. THATS'S IT FOR THE BAD POINTS
My family stayed at the property for 21 days in August 2016. Three kids, (15, 12 & 9) loved the beds, house, pool and walking around the area.
You know when you think something is too good to be true so you look for the catch...... No catch. Everything was great. In the Jack and Jill bathroom, when dark, there are luminous lights in the ceiling (stars) that can only be seen in the dark, my 9 year old daughter loved them.
Normally towards the end of a vacation the family are ready to go home. My family weren't!! That is the highest praise I could give.

Owner very nice and helpful
House was good size. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids. Area was great and close to attractions. It was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice. Only issue we had was trying to keep the thermostat on 70 degrees. We would leave in morning and when we returned it had reset it's self back to 80 degrees. Other than that. Great place

Great clean spacious place with just a few exceptions!
Overall it was a spacious place for our family of 8. The pool and game room were great for our kids. Owner was great about communicating and answering questions prior to our arrival. Only complaints - which are minor. First are the worst, the hottub did nto work and by the time we tried to get it fixed we were leaving. We paid extra for pool and hottub heat which we really looked forward to coming fro the cold wintery state of Pennsylvania. Pool heat worked just not the hottub. Second thing that bothered us was that there were signs all over in every room saying if something was damaged or misused we would be charged for it. We are seasoned renters and it just seemed to be a little overkill to the point where it makes you paranoid. Third, It happened to be in the mid 80s and we were hot but we couldnt adjust thermostat below 72. We would have liked it a little cooler at night. Lastly, there is an extra charge to use the grill that either I overlooked and we wanted to cook out imstead of messing up the kitchen. We just wanted to enjoy the outdoors as much as we could since we cant do that at home in PA in December. So we were not able to use the grill.
This was our first time renting from trip advisor and would definitely do it again. It was about 20 minute drive from Seaworld-12 miles
I would reccomend this place but just ask about the hot tub and grill ahead of time.

Dear renter, I do really appreciate your feedback on any issues you had. Perhaps if these issues were dealt from your check in time, it would have been solve ASAP. The Management Company or myself did not know of any issues until your check out time (upon your three day stay). This is of great concern and I take great pride on satisfaction to my renters. In fact, the Management Company did deal with the problem with the spa, that took them 2 minutes to resolve after your check out time. The spa is now working fine. We have several notices in almost every room to let the renters know of their responsibilities. We really take care of our homes. Also try to prevent any abuse on the home. Grill usage is upon request for you convenience and well identified on the websites. Just want to clarify these issues to you and potential renters. Thanks again for your feedback.
