Palm Heaven Villa has everything you need for a fantastic, relaxing family holiday. There is air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the master suite and lounge area.
The private pool (can be heated, optional extra charge) has a spacious patio area from which the lake can be viewed, for you to cool down in after a hot days' activities.
Palm Heaven is located on Terra Verde resort. Terra Verde is an upmarket, luxurious resort located conveniently off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. The resort is beautifully landscaped, and peaceful with a large pool, basketball court, children's play area, volleyball court, small beach and lovely lakes where you can do a spot of fishing. There is also table tennis and croquet. The clubhouse has a large lounge with free wifi and huge flatscreen TV. It also has a gym and sauna for guests to use. It is 15 minutes drive to Disney and Sea World, 20 minutes to Universal Studios. The East coast with JFK Space Center and beaches is just an hour away, the West coast including the beautiful Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches only 1 hour 15 minutes away. There is ample parking outside our villa. The resort is secure with a manned gate, and helpful staff in reception in the clubhouse.

The townhouse was perfectly placed for getting to the Disney parks in under half an hour and had good facilities in a nice resort. The house itself and pool area could do with a little bit of tlc but suited our family fine and slept the 7 of us comfortably. The Terre Verde resort also has a pool and a bar that serves good food with friendly staff. Occasional large groups can spoil the peace a bit and the large bins could do with being emptied more often but the 10pm quiet time and the gates means it feels safe and secure.

Great Comfortable Stay
We stayed for about 10 days and had an awesome stay. My family got to do some early morning fishing and even caught a bass. I was able to take morning walks around the water and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. We had plenty of room at the villa and the private pool was a very nice addition. Caroline was so patient and helped make the process easy. Would definitely stay at Palm Haven again!

Great vacation
This was a great vacation thanks to Caroline. She is great. Quick response and always very nice. Her home was perfect “it is home away from home” has everything you need. Great space, comfortable beds, and having a pool was a bonus. Close to Disney, Seaworld, aquatic and shopping stores are all around that area. Great location. I would highly recommended Caroline Haines for Terra Verde a place to stay. Thank you again Caroline you really did make this one vacation to remember!!!!!!!!!

Palm Heaven Villa - the perfect location.
Palm Heaven Villa has everything you could require whilst on holiday, located on Terra Verde, a friendly, secure resort with various amenities on offer.
The villa is within close proximity to all theme parks, Kissimmee Old Town, restaurants and shops.
Overall it provided our family of seven with a holiday to remember.

Family holiday
We were a party of 6 which included 4 siblings from 12 to 22 yrs. The Villa was beautiful and met everyone’s needs. It was really spacious clean and well equipped with the most comfortable settee I have ever had the pleasure to sit on !
There was a dining table for 8 and plenty of outdoor furniture too.
It was beautifully clean with plenty of towels for our use and a washer and dryer.
The communal pool area was great and the complex is set in beautiful grounds.
We would definitely return and will recommend to family and friends.
Caroline was quick to respond to queries.

Fantastic! Perfect place to stay
This property is amazing! Really good value for money, beautiful layout, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. A wonderful place to stay! We only had a few nights but will definitely be going back and as soon as possible! The owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. Thoroughly recommend this place- perfect for a family or a couple.

Prachtig huis gelegen in mooi resort met perfect zwembad.
Prachtige 5 kamer woning met alle comfort aanwezig. Perfecte basis voor bezoek aan de diverse parken in Kissimmee en omgeving. Vriendelijk ontvangen bij gate en in het clubhuis.

2017 Disney Family Vacation
The location was Wonderful!! Caroline and the other people who work with her made our stay inviting. We had a small problem with one of the 📺 in the Master Bedroom...called the Management Office,problem resolved quickly. Terre Verde Villa Family Resort will be our Vacation getaway home 🏡.

Wonderful vacation rental.
Great place to stay. Close to shopping and parks. House was very clean. Owner and management staff were so nice. Pool was clean and warm
Refreshing after a long day at the parks.

A trip to Orlando is easily combinable as a two or even three centre getaway for an even more varied break. Miami, the Everglades and the Keys are only 3-4 hours easy drive away. With three major international airports serving central and southern Florida, it is easy to get there: you can fly to Miami, Orlando or Tampa.
