The villa has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The beds were comfy and the children loved the pool. The villa is in a great location, Walmart is a short drive down the road and all the parks are within driving distance.
We found the washer and dryer really useful too!

Perfect Villa - Perfect Location
We are avid Florida visitors and have been going for 25years.
We love Disney and all of the parks.
We always stay in a villa in the 192 area and this villa was ideally placed. On an estate behind a huge Walmart and only 2mins drive from all of the popular restaurants and diners as well as Old Town and various shops.
This is one of the better quality homes with every thing that you will need to have a great stay including a lovely pool.
The furnishings are lovely and everything was in good condition - not “shabby” like some we have seen. Plenty of towels, crockery and extra bedding if needed.
I would highly recommend this pool home to any one wishing to stay in the Kissimmee area and can’t wait to make use of it again!

Hi Kelly , many thanks for your review , the reason we bought the house was for its location to everything you have mentioned , the parks , eateries Old Town and not forgetting Wal-Mart , we try and keep on top of the condition of the home as we ( before we bought our own ) have stayed in some places in Florida that we definitely didn't want to return to and hopefully our experience of those has translated into our home being what guests really want ( for me its just the pool ) Once again many thanks for staying with us and hopefully you will return at some point

Holiday 2022
The villa was like a home from home. There was everything a family needs and the welcome pack was brilliant as we were delayed alot with our flight and did not get to the villa until 1am. It was great to sit outside in the early morning having breakfast to start the day. Beds were very comfortable . Walmart was only a few minutes drive. Easy access to the parks. Thank you so much Ian for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Missing sheets
Upon arrival at the villa we noticed a sign from the gas company stating the gas had been shut off. While the person I spoke to did a great job of addressing the situation it was an unnecessary stress added to the vacation and we couldn't leave the property until the gas company arrived to turn the gas back on. The villa did provide some amenities and was fairly updated and clean. The beds however could use a big improvement as they were very uncomfortable. Five days after checking out I was notified of missing sheets and a pending charge. I feel very uncomfortable being accused of taking sheets especially since they are king sized and I don't even own a king sized bed. Would recommend looking at other properties and will ensure to never book here again.

Hello , I can imagine , not the sort of thing you want on holiday , however that is the reason you were given the management company details by myself , also listed in the Welcome Book in the house so that they can deal with any problems , if you had called the management company they would have sent someone out , dealt with the issue and you could have continued on with your day without any worries . just so you are aware someone had struck the gas main earlier and over 100 homes were affected . you are the first guest we have had that found the beds uncomfortable and we have have hundreds of guests stay with us through TripAdvisor , I think all reviews are 5 Star hence being awarded TripAdvisors " TRAVELLERS CHOICE award of 2020 " we do our best but I guess we can't please everyone all the time which is a shame . as for the missing sheets we have have been through this via TripAdvisor , all I can say is that on an inventory check they were there in the laundry closet prior to your arrival and missing following another inventory check on your departure ( management inventory check ) I can only go by what I am told , I am not able to check these things for myself as I am 4500 miles away , you say the " villa provided some amenities " I would be interested in what else you think could be provided for guests as this is a fully equipped house , hopefully you left some comments in the provided guest book for just this reason ,many thanks Ian Burgess

Review of stay in Kissimmee
Arrived on time and it was nice to arrive to a small selection of essentials like bread and milk etc. Bungalow was very well equipped and newly refurbished. Location was good for local shopping and eating. Pool was big enough and heating was available.

Beautiful villa great location
We love this villa, so much so we've just booked it again for a third time, its close to Disney and all the other theme parks , the shopping outlets are close by and there is a massive Walmart 2 minutes, away pool area is private and the villa is always clean the bed in the master bedroom is super big and comfy, the welcome pack you get on arrival is a lovely touch no need to worry about a cup of tea when you arrive you can just pop the kettle on.Ian is a great host always answers any questions you have i would recommend this villa to anyone.

Fabulous villa in perfect location.
The villa was a great base to explore all of the parks, shops and restaurants were all a short drive away. The villa was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The children loved playing in the pool, and the alarms meant it was really safe as we knew if they went out to the pool. The kitchen had all that we needed and the welcome pack on arrival was excellent, especially after such a long journey! I would recommend the villa to any families wanting to stay in Orlando and we would love to stay again!

Perfect location
This was the 4th year we have rented this wonderful Villa , absolutely perfect home from home , located close to the 192 which links to all the other main roads you need for all the parks and attractions including Wild Florida .
Also on the 192 you’ll find Walmart ( 24 hours ) Target , Publix plus others and loads of great restaurants.
The pool is south ish facing catching the sunset every night and not over looked , Villa is very clean with comfortable beds, a large tv in the lounge and there’s brand new washing machine and drier in garage also the drive has room for two cars.

THE AREA IS FILLED WITH GREAT THINGS TO DO, NOT JUST THEME PARKS,YOU CAN SWIM WITH MANITEES AT CRYSTAL RIVER,SWIM WITH DOLPHINS AND NOT JUST THE ONES AT DISCOVERY COVE,GO TO THE BEACH AND HAVE BOAT TRIP OUT INTO THE GULF OF MEXICO.SEE THE HEAD WATER OF THE EVERGLADES AND TAKE AN AIRBOAT RIDE AT BOGGY CREEK.THERE ARE SO MANY AREAS TO FISH AT OR PLAY GOLF,SOME OF THE WORLDS MOST FAMOUS COURSES ARE ARE WITHIN HALF AN HOURS DRIVE, BAY HLLL,THE MAGNOLIA COURSE JUST TO NAME A COUPLE AND MOST ARE AVAILABLE TO ANY STANDARD OF PLAYER.SHOPPING WILL WARE YOU OUT THERE IS FAR TOO MUCH BUT YOU CANNOT IGNORE IT,EVEN IF YOU DONT LIKE SHOPPING YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE SIZE OF THE MALLS,EATING OUT IS A REAL TREAT WITH FOOD FROM EVERY CORNER OF THE GLOBE,EAT CHEAPLY OR EXPENSIVELY,YOU WILL FIND SOME THING FOR EVERYONE
