We stayed at this lovely home in Florida for our week vacation. My daughter's 7th birthday. We went to Disney as well. It's a bit of a distance from big stuff like Walmart and shopping. But we love a "country" setting plus traffic in Orlando is crazy. Dollar general and family dollar on both ends of the home. Aldi isn't far away and we enjoy the low prices. We used the community pool which was super clean and the house was completely stocked, coffee,pots, pans all dishes you could ever need and a waffle iron that my daughter was most excited about. It was clean, had toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap. Everything was clean. The TV had Netflix and other ways to watch pretty much anything you wanted. Upon arrival, we had a problem with the door code lock but messaged the owners and they let us in immediately... We don't have those fancy things where I'm from 🤣. Our check in time and arrival time was way off but the owner said to come at our convenience that helped tremendously The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were super friendly. If you have a pet or a child the house works well for both. Fenced in back yard. Toys and coloring stuff in the living room for children. I can't say enough good things about this vacation rental or the owner... If youre out and about visiting the area there's a park to your right on the main road with dog park super nice as well. And don't forget the roadside food stands AMAZING! Watermelon and other fruits sold there as well... Overall, great experience and my extended family wants the booking info as well!

There's no pool the internet is never working is always out no door to door transportation.everything is 20min drive or more grass is long the bed in one room is completely broken.the carpets are stained.it was a disaster from the beginning to the end there no communication it takes days we were locked out for 2 days the door lock stopped working.

The home was nice. But certain ammenities were dysfunctional. We felt some uneasiness during our stay. However, overall our vacation was great!

We read the reviews and it sounded like a great place. Reality was very different, A/C was constantly not working,the bottom storage area of the stove had a 1/4" of grease in it and the pans stored there were also dirty.There were dishes and cups in the kitchen cupboards that were dirty & greasy. One of the pillow cases had blood stains on it and the sheets were worn out,fitted sheet had no elastic and kept coming off. Most of the doors had the paint coming off and were very dirty. The gas grill was very greasy and the gas bottle was empty. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and ended up eating takeout in the car so we could keep our dogs cool. The last night the owner had his maintenance man bring over a window unit for the bedroom. When the unit was turned on, wasp nests and dirt blew out of it but at least were able to sleep that night.

We had a blast ! Mr Phillip, a kind, funny generous , great guy! The house perfect size for my family couldn't ask for more. Thank you Mr Phillip ! God's will it doesn't take another 33 yrs for me to head out to Orlando I miss it already.

Clean, quiet and everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise after a 29 hour drive with 6 people total. Would certainly rent again, and already planning our next family vacation.

The place is in a quite country location, four miles from anything. It was fairly clean, but the maid hadn't been there and no preinspection. There were clothes in dryer, dishes in dish washer. We had to go buy dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. One toilet wasn't flush when we arrived.TV was terrible, would break up and lose signal constantly. Mattress in master bedroom has broken springs on one side. Wife fell out of bed three times. Printer wasn't working, so replaced ink cartridges only to find out the jets were clogged. The shared pool, was a community pool four miles away.

I have stayed here at least 4 times. Nice area and house is clean comfortable and safe Plan to to go again soon

The house is really beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and really felt at home. The owner Philip was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Al for setting up the internet for us. Hoping to come back again next year.
