Other Things to Note: **IMPORTANT NOTE: This property DOES NOT have access to Storey Lake Resort's Hideaway Club amenities like the waterpark, lazy river, mini golf, etc. But you WILL, however, HAVE ACCESS to the clubhouse near the home, with a pool, sun loungers, a gym, a kids' playground and a business center. Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item. We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator between guests, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 85-3282277
