Smoking is prohibited. If we notice you smoke during stay we will not refund deposit. Pets are only allowed if you notify us first. If you did not and we notice a pet you will have to pay the pet fee and deposit will not be refunded. Pet Fee is $99.00. We Provide some basic items like Towels,toilet paper,soap and shampoo. Guests are responsible for refills if needed. Any missing remotes or damages to unit will be charge to your refundable deposit. Pool does not have heater.

WARNING - MOLD Infested!!!

Do not stay at this place, it is filled with black mold, it smells of mold and the owner paints over it again and again and that is his way in which to fix it. When I reported it, he said that he wanted to send someone to fix it. The only way in which to fix something like this is to rip it out of the wall. His idea was to send a plumber or painter to redo what he’s been doing while the mold is growing within the walls. He never offered to move me out, he said I never asked to be moved. My family and my dogs are there, so why would I want him in there tearing out mold while we were there. He needed to move us and he refused to do so. Also the photos are of the place when it was new. The carpet is nasty and dirty and it’s ripped up in front of the first bedroom with the double beds. Stains on the walls. This place is not in anyway luxury and is very nasty. This is the nastiest place I ever stayed at.

Im so sorry you had a bad experience during your stay. Carpet has been replaced with a brand new carpet and the small spot you claim is black mold was the size of half a hand and it has been properly corrected. As you mention in your review we offer to go to site and correct the situation asap since it was something that could be easily corrected due to size of problem. You deny our entry so we had to fix it after you left. Again sorry for the troubles and we wish you the best.

Wonderful Stay

Encatada is just beautiful. It has a Lobby with bar, 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, A massage salon. The unit was perfect when we arrived. Had basic items like towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo. Disney was 10 minutes away and we had restaurants 5 minutes from us. I recommend this unit. A++
