Unit 8b is a fully furnished studio/efficiency. The unit has a queen size bed, a single chair, and a small dining table with two chairs. A very small kitchen, microwave and sink. Medium size refrigerator with freezer. It has a private bathroom (toilet, sink and tub with shower). Additional outside "living room" in covered patio with comfortable 3-seat sofa, chair and table. New Mini-Split AC is very quiet and will keep you cool. Smart TV and 100 Mbit WiFI. It has a small front yard with tropical plants and has its own gas-BBQ grill and picnic table with a large umbrella for shade.
This unit accommodates two adults.

Interaction with guests: We do not live on site, however stop by frequently to do yard work and other light maintenance. We can always be reached by cell phone, text or email.
Our rental efficiencies are located in a home-owners park. Most of our neighbors are snow-birds, usually staying in the Florida Keys Jan-April. The area has a “vacation-like” atmosphere, everybody is there to have a good time. The area is quiet, great for fishing, bird watching, sun bathing or star gazing at night. Most restaurants and shops are located 5-10 miles away (down town Marathon).

A car is needed in order to make short daily excursions and to visit stores and restaurants.

Grassy Key is about 2 hour drive from Miami Int Airport. Depending on the time of the day, traffic can be heavy and your trip might take a bit longer.
Alternatively, if you fly into Key West, we are only a one hour drive from Key West
