Welcome to Royal Palm House. Home is located at Mile Marker 54.5 in Coco Plum Beach Subdivision in the heart of the Florida Keys.

This custom built contemporary home features 1,515 square foot of central air condition and heated living space.

Massive Great Room has vaulted ceilings, clay tile floors, wireless internet and cable television, , stereo with CD player. 2 Leather sofas do not fold out but can be used for sleeping. Single day bed located in living room is also available.

Dining Room has six leather wrapped chairs with glass top table and ceiling fan.

Brian should have mentioned that the whole back of the house opened up (sliding doors that folded together) to the screened in up stairs patio. We could have spent the whole 20 days relaxing out there. Then there is the huge master bath with soaking tub, great place. Great neighborhood for walking dog, met very nice people. The house was perfect and very clean. We felt right at home for our month stay. Brian and Janice were very accommodating. Not only will we rent again but our friends are also interested in renting. See you next year...Erin & Jim

Our homes are family owned, and managed. As a result, you are renting a neat, clean, and well maintained home fully furnished and equipped for an enjoyable vacation. Because we manage and maintain our homes, we are able to cut our costs and pass the savings on to our guests. Our rates are hundreds less than most homes. As a result our guests have returned year after year. Why stay in a motel when you can stay in a home on the water!

We rent from Saturday to Saturday, but can accommodate other days upon request. Check in is 3 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. sharp, for housekeeping purposes. Extra days may also be available upon request. call me brian 561-351-8737

LOCATED AT MILE MARKER 54.5 OCEANSIDE IN THE FLA KEYS ON COCO PLUM ISLAND IN MARATHON, THIS UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD OF WELL- KEPT HOMES HAS 2+ MILES OF BIKE AND WALKING PATHS, 1 + MILE OF BEACH TO WALK ON AND A CITY- OWNED PET BEACH WITH RESTROOM AND PARKING. YOU WITH NOT NEED THE PARKING BECAUSE YOU CAN WALK TO IT ALL!!! WALK TO THE POINT 1.3 MILES FROM THE HOUSE, SIT ON A BENCH AND ENJOY AN OPEN WATER VIEW OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. THE CANALS BEHIND OUR HOMES ARE VERY WIDE; 200 FEET UNLIKE MANY KEYS HOMES THAT ARE ONLY 50-75 FOOT WIDE.
