Comfortable, cozy & perfectly located - a great place to stay!
We stayed for a week in June, and enjoyed it so much that we extended the stay 3 more days. This is a beautiful and cozy rental with quick access to everything in the Keys we wanted to do and see. We had every amenity we needed, to the point that we felt like we were at home. The owners made us feel the same way - as family instead of strangers renting their space. We are already looking forward to going back! The comfort and hospitality made for a better vacation than we could have imagined.

Heartbeat of Key West
Greg & I stay here every year. Jim & Joanne are the best hosts we have ever encountered on a lengthy stay as ours. They go beyond just "rental owners". They have made our stay a welcome, comfortable and a personable experience. This unit has all updated appliances, all remodeled, tv's in both bedrooms and 45" in the open concept front-room/kitchen. The Casa Del Sol is in the heart of all the events such as Mallory Square, (3 or 4 blks), Duval St. (2 blks), great entertainment all around and the best resturant's such as the famous "Blue Heaven" 2 blks),all within walking distance. Hurry and book this unit early, it does go fast.

Worth traveling across the country to stay at Casa Del Sol!
I recently stayed in Casa Del Sol in Truman annex in Key West, FL and had an amazing time! The townhouse is in a beautiful gated community just blocks from all the action of Duval Street and Mallory Square. The house is upgraded and very clean. The decor is tropical, and fits in perfectly with the vibe of Key West. There's covered assigned parking, which we really appreciated since parking can be hard to come by in Key West. Once we got there though, we never moved our car. We walked everywhere, or rode the bicycles provided on the property. I would stay here again on a return trip to Key West...it was splendid!

unbelieveable!
The place was beautiful. Close to everything you could possibily want to do while in Key West. Owners make you feel like you are part of their family.

Loved Casa Del Sol...loved the Truman annex location with walking distance to everything. Charming kitchen, cozy front porch and rockers, rear patio with grill, comfortable bedrooms, HD Tv's, Wifi, complimentary bikes, beautiful décor and furnishings. We didn't want to leave...we will be back!

Unique!
Had an amazing time at Casa Del Sol for our Key West vacation. It is a great location next to all major attractions/places you want to visit such as Mallory square, Duval street and the beach. Great dining and nightlife within a short walk. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a relaxing experience. The owners are very nice, making you feel welcome and part of the family. We really enjoyed our time in Key West and can't wait to be back!

Best vacation ever!
I had the pleasure of staying at casa del sol for a week this fall and I absolutely loved the house. It's a cute and cozy two story home two blocks away from Duval Street and minutes away from Zachary Taylor State Park. It's also a close walk from Mallory Square, which allowed us to enjoy the Key West sunset every day!
The house itself is very representative of Key West. The interior is decorated with art by locals, and the exterior reflects the historic architecture of Key West. I also enjoyed having a place to park my car... Most of the other homes I considered did not include parking. Casa del Sol, on the other hand, allowed me to park my car safely and forget about it for a week. I was able to walk around everywhere and not stress about it being safe!
The pool at Tuman annex is quiet and cozy also, very much like the house. It's a great place to come to after a day at the beach or on Duval to relax for a while. The house, the location, and the amenities (pool, bicycles, parking, wifi) made our week in Key West truly unforgettable!

Nostalgia!
I stayed here with my fiance last year. The home is so beautiful / clean / and charming that we fell in love with Key West even before our first memorable walk to mallory square.
It's steps away from all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment so there weren't any big decisions to make about where to spend the day.
We went to Duval street anytime we felt like it (several times a day), or we'd walk over to Mallory Square on a whim just to catch a sunset or a margarita.
The attention to detail the owners have put in made our stay seamless. Love the complimentary bicycles and we used the barbeque gas grill several times.

Perfect Vacation, Awesome Location, Beautiful!
I rented Casa Del Sol for my son and his family for a week in October. Upon arriving, everything was as promised, perfectly clean and beautiful. The owners really pay attention to every detail, beds were made, towels rolled and provided,exactly as described. Arriving in the middle of the night, all three little girls went to bed on perfectly made, clean, sweet sheets, and so did the parents. The location couldn't have been better. In Truman annex, close to Duval and Front Street and just a few steps from the pool. They never had to drive anywhere and were two short blocks to my office. A perfect place for a great vacation for all of us. The Kassar's were honest, friendly and most appreciated for their hospitality.

Awesome facility, location time after time
I have stayed at Casa Del Sol once or twice a year for the past six or seven years. It has never disappointed, slways clean and up to date. Jim and Joanne are great hosts. The location is the perfect starting point to explore the entire island. I hope to stay at the Casa many times in the future. Overall, triple a.
