Washer and dryer in unit. Great condo complex on quiet side of island. Located 1 mile from Smathers Beach. Plenty of parking, small boats on trailers welcome. Sorry no Spring Breakers. All guests must be 25 unless with parent.

The condo gets an A+ on all categories like cleanliness and whatever anyone would look for.
The condo was actually better than I thought it would be.
Excellent furnishings, appliances all looked new. The layout was perfect for me and my 2 adult daughters. Excellent living room layout and furniture. A nice balcony to relax on after a day of being in town.
This place met or exceeded everything I wanted.
I would use them again😃

Convenient stay
Clean and quiet. Balcony overlooks pool. Easy parking and access to building with an elevator. Condo could use some paint updating.

Stay Here!
Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed here for four nights. It was super clean. Lots of pool and bath towels. Beach stuff - chairs and umbrella. 2 good size full bathrooms. One kid slept good on the Queen bed and the other said he slept good on the sofa (not a sofa bed, just a regular sofa). My husband and I slept comfortably on the king bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was great and always had a breeze. We didn’t swim but my husband and one kid did sit in the hot tub. One of the biggest reasons we picked this place is because it says ‘No Pets’. My husband and kids are allergic to cats and dogs so knowing that we didn’t have to worry about that was a relief. It is about a 20 minute drive to the heart of Key West.

Great place to stay
We stayed at the sunrise condos for one week. Unfortunately, it was just as the state of Florida was closing everything down so we ended up spending more time at the condo and the pool. I must say that the condo was excellent. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The condo looked directly over the pool so I could sit outside and enjoy the weather and watch the pool. My daughter joined us so the two bedrooms separated by the living room was perfect.
Bonnie, was very helpful and responsive when I needed some information. The check in and check out was no problem. I would have loved to stay longer and would definitely stay there again.
I would like to add, the condo is not in the center of Key West (Duvall street) so you will have to drive most places. This, however I loved. It was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy everything.

Beautiful, clean condo!
My husband and I loved the 2-bedroom condo we rented. It was very bright & clean! We enjoyed the swimming pool each day we were there. Easy check-in and check-out. Bonnie was very pleasant to work with. It was our first time visiting Key West and will definitely visit again. Thank you to the owners for letting us use your beautiful condo!

Fantastic rental !
This was an amazingly great experience ! The condo is just beautiful, and it was like having a little home away from home. Nice balcony with a wonderful view of the pool and palms was a treat to wake up to every morning. ! Easy to navigate to anywhere on the island. 110% recommended ! Thank you so much !

Key West Adventure
We were two couples on our first visit to explore the keys. The condo was nice for four people. Not fancy but adequate. Could use a little updating to make it nicer. Located quite aways from Duval atreet and the action. Uber costs about $20 one way to get downtown. Too far to walk. The pool was amazing. No complaints.

Great place to just relax
This place is perfect for relaxing. 2 br and 2 ba on opposite sides of the condo so you have privacy if you want it. Balcony over looks the pool area. Great location right on in Key West. Will definitely book this again when our next trip comes time.
