This lovely condo was great for our stay in Key West. Located on Stock Island just at the entry of Key West, it was perfect for staying "out of the frenzy" of town, but close enough to be convenient. The unit was clean, safe, well appointed, and even provided 7 bikes and other beach/pool accessories for use. 5 of us...

We had a great three days on the island. Condo was well equipped although we ate out or got pizza - pizza place across the road served delicious pizzas. Ther were 5 of us so my eldest was on the sofa bed and he had no issues sleeping. Bikes were a wonderful plus as parking isn't easy in key west....

The owners description was not representative of reality. The tranquil title, "Tee by the Sea" is a joke!!!! There is no affiliation with nor can you even see the golf course as it is across the highway and it is not in a reasonable proximity to the ocean or beaches. About the neighborhood
Located less than 1/2 mile outside Key West in Stock Island. Our condo offers the best of everything. Just far enough from downtown (4miles) that you won't be bothered with the downtown noise of the Duval St. bands late at night, but you are still close to everything. Walking distance to bank/atm, several local favorite bar/grills with live music, charter boats and water adventure rentals (kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards).

We are located right next to a liquor store, convenience store, bank with ATM, Burger King, and walking distance to many restaurants that are favorites with the locals including Hog Fish Bar/Grill on the water, Hurricane Hole Marina/Bar/Grill on the water, Rusty Anchor, El Mochos Cuban Cafe, and Chicos Cantina. Getting around
Using our provided bikes is a super and healthy way to explore the island. We have 3 locks too so different groups can go their own way. The city also has public city bus transportation and there is a stop right outside our complex. You can get a week pass for only $8.00 and the buses run about every 1/2 hour. Its best if you get the schedule online to work from.
Taxis are very ample within our city too.

The trolley tour company called City Tours is the best company to use to experience a narrated tour of our island at the most reasonable price. You can hop on and off at various locations as an introductory way to get an overview of our island.

2 weeks prior to arrival I email my guests directions to our complex and unit as well as all the check in directions. Heading south from Miami we are easy to find, located right along US1 after you pass the 5 mile marker you see a blinking yellow light across US1 at the CVS, turn left at the light. Our complex is on the right 'Coral Hammock'. Go to the stop sign, make a right and the entrance to our complex is 100 feet up on the right.
