My unit is a penthouse fully remodeled the view is fantastic, we have tile floor, the balcony faces the marina and the pool, the view is ocean view. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steal appliances We have 3 TV one on the master one on the second bedroom and one on the leaving room. We have our own private laundry that is located on the left hand side of the main door, the same key opens the laundry room We have a private pool, the pool is located in front of our building, is locked with a key for our own use only. The elevator has a key that you need to use it in order bring the elevator down or to open the elevator door. The building is located very close to all the fishing stores and boat rentals.

The parking for my unit is located in the back of the building, no parking is allow under the Tower. The pool is open , the rules are in the same pool The Air conditioning has to be set in 78 and cool at the time of your check out The keys has to be return to the lockbox The elevator key cost $ 100 to replace, you need to take good care The pool, the elevator and the ice machine uses the same key The garbage has to be taken to the dumpster at the time of the check out

Awesome

Perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Close to shops and only a few hours from Key West or one hour to Miami. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The views are incredible. We got to watch a manatee in the marina every day. The pool and landscaping is beautiful.

Perfect location for exploring the upper Keys

What a find! A beautiful condo with views across the marina and out to the ocean. So well equipped with everything you could wish for. Little touches like toiletries were very welcome. Good supply of linens and fluffy towels. Lots of really good places to eat. The Backyard Fisheries within easy walking distance has great fresh fish at lunchtime.. We look forward to returning here next year and would recommend this property to anyone.
