This rental was perfect! With 3 rooms, my husband and I enjoyed the master room/bathroom, my 18 year old enjoyed her own room, and our 8 and 11 year olds were thrilled with the two twin beds in their room. Each room had their own tv with full cable connections, and wifi services were available. Plus the two bedrooms had super fun wall murals to capture the essence of beach living! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and dining, and the unit has a full washer & dryer which was great for the beach towels. The swimming pool is right off the patio - steps away! The pool was maintained daily. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. In this area of the island, the access is quite limited, so the beach is not ovely populated or busy. We were able to bring our dog with us to make it a vacation for the whole family, and it was really nice to take him for walks on the beach looking for seashells. It was my first visit to the island, so I was not sure what to expect. The week exceeded my expectations, and the stay at Sailmaker made it really special. The ladies at Amelia Rentals were also very helpful and responsive. Just a note... you do not have a beach view, but everything is so accessible, I did not feel that I missed out on anything!
