The 1st floor can be a versatile room as primarily another entertainment area as it is fully furnished with 52' flat screen TV, entertainment center, Wii console, DVD player, and a library of movies, games and futon for sleeping. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas are ready for use. The 1st floor offers a full-bath plus access to the 15' x 20' newly paved patio with newly appointed outdoor furniture and grill for your use after a day at the beach or work. Indian Rocks Beach is located on a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida, only a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, a 20 minute drive to St. Petersburg Beach, and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport. More than anything else Clearwater is best known for its magnificent beach and has consistently been ranked among the top beaches in the country - by readers of USAToday, Condé Nast Traveler magazine and Tampa Bay Magazine. Some of the area's other beaches, such as Indian Rocks Beach, have also been recognized for their sand and water quality, safety and vast array of recreational offerings.
