The house features a spectacular ground floor with a marble countertop kitchen, living and dining areas, a separate utility room with washer and dryer and a 2-piece bathroom. The second floor features beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with DIRECT OCEAN VIEW EAST, 2 Master Suites (south and north sides of the floor) with king beds and master en-suite bathrooms. The panoramic 180 degree ocean view from the upper floor bedrooms and a huge 12-ft. wide 75-ft. long upper deck that spans the entire east side of the house (including the living room, 2 master bedrooms and third bedroom) is absolutely stunning!
There are open high ceiling airy rooms, new flooring throughout, two new bathroom additions, outdoor shower, tropical professionally landscaped lot, large driveway with a 2-car garage.Telephones are with free unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada. There is Wi-Fi with free unlimited Internet access within the property line. There are 6 TVs altogether – in each of the bedrooms and in each living room (ground and second floor) with Spectrum network channels and HDTV special pack, BlueRay DVD, PlayStation and supply of some movies and games. Don’t miss this wonderful beach home!!
Our stay was wonderful! The space was perfect for our family event.
Furnishings were well appointed and very comfortable-plenty of space to sprawl out in a variety of settings. Plenty of seating, cozy corners and outdoor options. There was nothing lacking in the well stocked kitchen. An abundance of dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, pots and pans. The grill was easy to operate and large enough to accommodate our needs. The extra refrigerator was handy for beverages and the kitchen refrigerator had enough space for all the various food preferences of the group. We loved the big dining table which easily accommodated us for meals and games. The pool/spa area was delightful! The operation was well explained in the welcome packet so we had no issues in the operation of either. Thanks for such a thorough introduction to the property via the welcome packet- it was a handy reference throughout our stay.
You can hear the waves of the ocean while falling asleep in the spacious bedrooms-each having their own private bath. Plenty of high-end linens and towels. The upper deck off of the bedrooms offers a phenomenal view of the private beach, ocean and sunrise.
The owner is responsive, replying promptly to my questions and generously accommodating a few special requests. The local property manager called to introduce himself on check-in day and followed up during our stay to assure that we had all that we needed and that everything was satisfactory.
I wouldn’t change a thing-the place is absolutely perfect!!!

It was a great place to start!,,
We really enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms were roomy. Place was clean. Great view of ocean. Kitchen accommodated a lot of guests at one time. Pool and hot tub clean.

A perfect place to stay with your family and friends.
The beach is gorgeous. The weather is almost perfect. Close to Melbourne airport.
Many nearby restaurants to try. The house is very cozy and comfortable and clean.

Absolutely Worth the Price
Even better than we had hoped for. Starting with the excellent communication with Daniel (throughout the booking process), to dealing with the property manager Zach (throughout our stay), there was absolutely nothing to complain about. It was the cleanest rental we have EVER stayed in. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to cook large family meals in the well stocked kitchen, but also had restaurant options when desired. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Beach is clean and and not crowded. To sum it up, if it fits into your budget, you will not be disappointed. Ps, the adjoining property is equally beautiful!

Beautiful oceanside family accommodation!
Our family reunion during Thanksgiving week was all the more wonderful because of this gorgeous property and setting. The owner and property manager were very responsive to see that all our needs were met. The deck over looking the ocean was my personal favorite, but between the lovely beach and the beautiful pool/hot tub, we could not ask for a more relaxing time!

Dream Vacation House
My family and I LOVED our beach house! It was clean, well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. My favorite part was being just steps away from the ocean. I loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday from the beach or our balcony. Spending time in pool and the hot tub were a perfect way to end our days. We miss it already!

Outstanding!
This was our first visit to Florida in a long time. We searched through a lot of rental properties before choosing this one. I have to say I am soooo happy with this rental!! It truly exceeded our expectations!!! Everything about this rental is outstanding! The view! The pool! The beach!! The house!! Highly recommend this rental!

This house is AMAZING!
We just returned from staying at this magnificent house last week! The view from the balcony is amazing! Only steps to your own private beach area and the pool and hot tub are both fantastic!! Great location also we found a fabulous restaurant nearby called Villa Palma Ristorante! The food was out of this world delicious! Can not wait to go back!

This is a great location in proximity to all attractions of the Space Coast - and very private at the same time. The resort is on an acre of prime private beachfront providing so much privacy while being in the middle of all attractions and directly on the ocean! The resort is just an hour from Orlando International airport and 10 min from Melbourne International airport.
