The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. You will also be close enough the the Pool to easily communicate with those of your party who are on the Pool Deck. Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107 is located above the covered parking area and is directly over one of the 2 pool decks. Covered parking is provided for one vehicle and additional uncovered spaces are also available. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise. MANAGEMENT: This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way. Wonderful location and stress-free vacation

We enjoyed our trip and the condo very much! As it was our first visit to the area and using something other than a hotel we were very pleased with our stay! The rental unit made us feel right at home and we would definitely recommend staying here! We also will be coming back in the future. Nothing is more stressful than planning a trip and the ease this condo provided for myself and family to just enjoy ourselves was extremely satisfying! We were able to walk everywhere needed and to watch the beach and pool right from our unit was the best part! Thank you so much for this opportunity and the memories!

An Unforgettable Beach Escape

Fantastic condo! Clean, comfy, with ocean-view, private beach access, and a perfect Gulf Coast location. Great seafood nearby. Loved the heated pool, balcony, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
