Stayed last year had no problems, this year was awful! Arrived to dirty beds, sand on floors, broken door handle, no dead bolt, loud noises all day from construction, broken elevater. Called with concerns, and no one called me back...so i had to call again..Slow to no response to complaints. Maid said we deserved a partial refund bc of condition...
