Interaction with guests:Â Since we spend a lot of time a year in Germany, it is sometimes difficult for us to answer inquiries immediately due to the time difference. However, we always try to get back to you as soon as possible.
On-site our local property management is available to our guests with help and advice.
Online haben wir vorab diese Unterkunft gebucht. Nach Bewertungen beim Anbieter sollte die Unterkunft richtig gut sein und pro Nacht war sie auch nicht preiswert. Also haben wir beschlossen zu buchen. Am anreise Tag sehr spät Abend konnten wir erstmal von der Lage nicht viel sehen. Im Zimmer angekommen, waren wir erstmal etwas erschrocken. Es hat nach etwas gestunken, was man nicht identifizieren konnte, das Bad war bei der Dusche voller Schimmel und das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, das Fenster beim Bett war defekt, die Einrichtung schon etwas abgerockt und die Klimaanlage wurde wohl noch nie gewartet. Erste Nacht irgendwie überstanden. Danach den Vermieter angeschrieben und alles mitgeteilt. Vom Vermieter keinen Entgegenkommen. Einfach nicht. Auf Vorschläge wurde auch nicht eingegangen. Wir können es nicht empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es andere Unterkünfte die besser und Preiswerter sind.

Our accommodations are situated in the historical quarter of Fort Myers, in walking distance to Downtown and close to many sports stadiums. You can spend an unforgettable vacation, visiting Fort Myers’ historical quarter right next to the Edison & Ford Home, next to the downtown area. The beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel Island can easily be reached by car. Fort Myers also offers various big shopping malls and outlets. If you enjoy day trips Florida is full of different type of attractions like Disneyworld or Cape Kennedy. Cities like Miami, Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburgh or St. Augustine are within close reach.
