The kitchen has all the usual standard equipment, cooking utilities and appliances. This rental has a modern and spacious dining room where you can enjoy your home made meals.
BEDDING
The home is equipped with Queen-size mattresses in two of the three bedrooms. The third bedroom comes with two Twin beds The Twin-XL beds are as long as the King-size beds and can also offer comfortable. All linens for beds in bedrooms are supplied. Master bedroom comes with two spacious closets for your luggage and for your clothing. The other bedrooms also have spacious closets.
BATHs
The master bath comes with a shower, toilet and a regular vanity. The 2nd bath comes with a bathtub/shower combination, toilet and regular vanity. There are ample
shower-towels, hand towels, shampoo, body wash and a small start-supply of toilet paper and hand soap.
LIVING ROOM and FLORIDA ROOM
Have comfortable couches that can you can sleep on in a pinch for any guests.
AIR-CONDITION
The living area has a central air condition with per-programmed digital controller, which you adjust set.
There is a functioning fireplace which we’ve used the rare times it was needed. Additionally there is a heating function in the HVAC unit.
WASHER AND DRYER
Yes, you have a washer and dryer. Please bring your own laundry detergent and softener.
Master bedroom: bathroom with shower. Hall bath: tub/shower. Open floor plan includes: fireplace in the living room, kitchen and dining area: Florida Room has access to outdoors. Canal features dock. Two sets of outdoor seating in yard; one by canal. Property has big front and side yards, lush Florida plants. Backyard is fenced. This attractive house is in the ideal Ft. Myers area near College Parkway, McGregor Ave./ Winkler Road/ Cape Coral Bridge. Close to Publix and Wal-mart food markets, Bell Tower Shopping Ctr, Barbara Mann Performing Arts Center/FSW College, The Alliance Art Center, downtown, Ford/Edison Estates, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and much more!
Note: Guests use front entrance and driveway. Owner has an attached casita with separate entrance and parking on side of home. There is total privacy for both occupants.

Interaction with guests: We honor our guests' rights to privacy, yet we are always available for advice on things to do. If our guests need anything we hurry to assist. In the past we have had a great rapport with guests and we have suggested activities and such for them to do.
Arrived on New Year’s Eve to a moldy odor in the house. Junk was around the house, in front of the garage door, along the street, and floor to ceiling in the garage. Owner lived in a casita which was a part of the house and shared the backyard, washer and dryer. The ‘fenced in yard for a pet’ had a broken gate laying in the ground. The ‘large flat screen TV with thousands of channels’ was a mere 32” and only had a few local channels without a Hulu account, just Netflix. We later discovered that the dishwasher was inoperative and there was no grill. The owner asked us to use our truck to go to Restore It and pick up used appliances. The grill’s igniter didn’t work and my husband helped the owner install the dishwasher. We also learned that when the second shower was used it leaked into the third bedroom and water leaked all over the floor. This contributed to the moldy smell in the house along with all the garbage in the garage. Later when it rained the roof leaked. Do not rent here!!

The best place for a vacation in the Florida sun.
Great location. Country like setting but a short drive to downtown Fort Myers and the beaches. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Great neighborhood for walking and my dog loves it. David (the owner) is the best. We will be back.

About the neighborhood
Our neighborhood has mature palms and a variety of other trees and plants. It is a great place to go for walks and admire the older trees and colorful blossoms, plus the nice homes along the canal. This address is near places to eat, shop, bicycle, etc. We are a short ride from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, all the bridges, parks, and malls. It is quiet here, but we are a stone's throw away from downtown where there is live music and more.
Getting around
We recommend a vehicle to stay in this area, though Uber and Lyft rides are good too. If you have a kyack or row boat, our canal will lead you to the Caloosahatchie (River) and the Gulf of Mexico!
