The Sweetheart Cottage is part of a private estate. It is located between Broadway Street and historic Victoria Drive in delightful Dunedin, Florida. This location provides 108 feet of waterfront as part of the estate along with a private dock on St. Joseph Sound. You will see breathtaking sunsets as well as abundant bird and sea life on a daily basis.
The A/C was replaced in Dec 2011. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, stove, garbage disposal, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, Revere Ware pots and pans, and Mikasa china.
The Master Bedroom has a Park Avenue mattress, television and a bricked terrace and private garden. The bathroom has a cultured marble counter top, double sink, shower/tub, custom tile and telephone. The guest bedroom has two twin ...

Cozy Cottage Central Location
Quaint cottage well stocked and equipped with everything needed. Within easy walking distance of everything in Dunedin and short easy drive of both Honeymoon Island and the beaches of Clearwater. Autumn was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome!
The Sweetheart Cottage is located on a gorgeous Estate in the quaint little town of Dunedin. Only a short 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach.
Autumn, the owner does a magnificent job keeping the grounds immaculate as well.

It had everything!
The cottage was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked w/ ANYTHING and EVERYTHING a vacationer might need--from a storage/ laundry filled w/paper goods, to a crock pot, to wrapping paper for a gift, and on and on. The owner was absolutely lovely, and willing to do anything to make her guests feel comfortable--from lending out bikes to taking one guest grocery shopping! The view and neighborhood are superb, with osprey nesting everywhere, and the nearby State Park Beach is top rated all over the U.S.
