Centrally located to everything from shopping to entertainment in Destin, Florida, this 2400 square foot town home has it all. Directly on the beach, your backyard is the sand and ocean! This large property is great for couples or several families.
With three levels and three private decks everyone can have some privacy. The property is constantly maintained and comes supplied with everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an area directly on the beach that can be converted into a fourth bedroom; has a closet, TV, door that closes it off from the third bedroom and the third full bath.

Excellent
Love, love, love this house! We had 3 families staying and had plenty of room for all the adults and kids. Perfect location! We could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play on the beach. Very safe area. Will defiantly come back!

Fun, relaxing, beautiful and best vacation ever!
At first I have to be honest, my husband and I were a little leery about renting a beach house through the website. We had never done this before but it turned out to be the best vacation we have ever been on! Brenda's personal webpage for the beach house including instructions, pictures, recommendations, etc were exactly as she has it on the webpage. The beach house was so fun and accommodating, more than enough space for up to 12 people. We already have and will be recommending this beach house to our friends and family. We took a poll one night with our family and asked them to rate this vacation from a 1-10, 10 being the best. Everyone rated it a 9-10! Thank you so much for this opportunity Brenda! If we ever have the chance to go back, we will definitely be renting from you again.

Paradise found...Prepare to enjoy the view, relax on the beach &
This beautiful home is perfectly situated right on the beach...you literally step off the deck and sink your toes into the crystal white sand. A few steps and you find yourself in the clear turquoise waters of the gulf. This home does not lie...it is exactly as you see in the pictures, beautifully decorated in crisp colors and quite comfortable!! My sister and I brought our five kids ages 15-20 to this amazing vacation home, and we were not disappointed!! We spent our time at the beach everyday relaxing and watching our teens play in the surf on the boogie boards provided by the owner. It was so convenient to be just a few short steps through the sand from the home to the beach!! No crossing a street with a big bag of beach supplies, chairs and towels for the day...No trying to find a parking place for the day!!! The white sand of the beach, the calm blue of the water and the relaxing sound of the waves are in your backyard!! The home is very comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need!! We cooked breakfast every morning, fixed a light lunch in the afternoon and went out to dinner...the best part was coming back to sit on the deck and listen to the waves and stargaze or watch a movie. Thank you so much to the owner, Brenda Bender, for being so accommodating and thoughtful!! Everything about renting her amazing home was easy and prompt, and it is quite obvious her family takes great pride in providing the perfect vacation home experience for their visitors!! We are looking forward to our next visit to the beach!!

The perfect setting for a perfect vacation.
Brenda,
My husband and I had the good fortune to join everyone on our "annual family vacation".
Your home on the beach was the perfect setting for a perfect vacation. What a fabulous location!!! Needless to say we all fell in love with it. We are so hoping we can return next year.
You are to be commended for your efforts. The townhouse is lovely and is nicely appointed. My husband even mentioned that it was obvious that the owner actually "used" the space...everything was so convenient. It simply was a delightful week. All the little added touches did not go unnoticed. Not only was it unbelievably comfortable, but you even managed to fulfill the promise of dolphins! Lol.
We tried to leave everything in order, just as we found it. It is so lovely and we want everyone to help you keep it that way. :)
I could go on endlessly about our pleasant stay. A special thank you. Please know that we are sincere in our appreciation for sharing your home away from home.
We are really looking forward to the next time!!

Paradise Found
This property is well taken care of and exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home the moment we stepped inside. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We enjoyed the lovely décor and comfortable furnishings. We loved the views from the windows and decks. The decks were great places to enjoy our morning coffee, catch some sun and watch beautiful sunsets. Especially loved being able to step off the lower deck and sink our toes into soft white sand and stroll down the beach. We loved the living area on the main floor as there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. The owner was a delight to work with and wanted to be sure we were enjoying our stay which we really appreciated. We had such a wonderful time here and only hope that we can return again as our week went by much too fast!

Absolutely wonderful!
It was the most wonderful family vacation we have ever had. The condo was perfect, it felt like home, so comfortable. All the decks and the most spectacular view. We couldn't have ask for a more perfect place for our family vacation. Absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful home with everything you need for a great family vacat
Just returned from an amazing family vacation at Green Reef #19... This is a beautiful home that included everything we needed. We had 3 young children with us, including a baby, and didn't need to bring anything with us except swimsuits and sunscreen! This home is in a great location, with a beautiful private beach. We loved watching the dolphins swim by while having our morning coffee on one of the three decks. We made all of our meals at the house, and loved having a large dining table on the main deck where we could all eat together. Brenda was great to work with...she is a great communicator and gave us several very helpful suggestions to make our visit wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Perfect!
We enjoyed a beautiful week in this perfect house!! We had awesome food, awesome weather, and awesome hospitality!! This is our 5th time to the Destin area and this was by far our favorite house!! You will be totally spoiled! Make sure you rent Bicycles and book a cruise with Crab Island cruises on your stay!

Amazing and relaxing
this was an amazing place and so peacfull, private beach area, not crowded at all. the owner, manager, and other staff was very professional and curtious. Will Definately be back again next year.
