Beautiful tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen features granite tile countertops with all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. New furniture throughout the unit, including new Sealy mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. Outdoor balcony has loungers, chairs and a table.

Condo must be rented by an adult 25 or older and that person must check in and be staying in the condo during the entire stay. Failure to abide by said rule will result in guests being removed from the condo and resort and all monies lost. I am sorry for such the strict rule, but the HOA is adamant about it...
