First the GOOD news:
The apartment has a beautiful south west view of the ocean. The ocean breeze coming in with the balcony door open was wonderful! The balcony faces the south west so you get the afternoon sun coming in. The apt was steps away from the beach, right there at your doorstep.
The free indoor parking garage is very convenient. You need a car for groceries, or going to restaurants in my opinion.
The KITCHENETTE has a full size fridge, 4 burner stove top, oven, good size microwave, good size countertop space for eating and preparing a meal, with dishes, cutlery, pans.
The BATHROOM has a large size shower stall with enough hot water.
Nice new tile.
And now the BAD news. WHATS DIRTY IN THE APARTMENT:
a) The many small area rugs look dirty.
Hint: take away the area rugs. You can always clean the bare floor easily.
b) Under the sofa and under the bed, there was a lot of dust and dirt.
Very unhealthy to breath!
c) The sofa is dirty; I could never bear myself to sit on it.
d) The clean towels in the closet had human hairs on them!
e) The comforter on the bed, feels greasy and dirty, I had to take it off the bed.
f) The bed sheets had old hairs and dust on them.
g) The bathroom sink drain needs fixing; the water drains slow.
h) The inside oven is dirty with burned food.
I just couldn't Log on the internet Wifi even with the password provided.
(I have my own data plan anyway).
All in all, if this vacation rental was just a little CLEANER and Less Dirty, I would just love it!
It has a great south west view, the balcony, a kitchenette and it is just steps away from the beach.
But in this dirty condition, I'm sorry to say, that I cannot recommend it.
But I did enjoy it for just three days, just for the beach and balcony and that was enough.
