The Gazebo is 10ft by 12ft and is ideal for guest who enjoy sitting in the shade. The pool has an additional safety screen which prevents small children from getting into pool unsupervised if required. Pool area has different spaces to suit your needs including barbeque, dining table, chairs, and sun loungers,. We supply extra beach towels for pool and days at the beach. LIVING ROOM: Our living area is spacious and features cathedral ceiling. We have a new large flat screen tv and dvd player. KITCHEN: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, food blender and toaster. DINING AREA: The dining area with armoire, table & chairs . DINING ROOM: There is a formal dining room with large table and co-ordinating cabinet. UTILITY ROOM: Large Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. MASTER BEDROOM & EN-SUITE: We have a large and luxurious master bedroom complete with a King size bed with ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table with mirror and cable television. En-Suite with bath, walk in shower, twin basin sinks, toilet and hairdryer. The master bedroom is on the main floor. TWIN BEDROOM 2: bedroom with two single beds,shelf, bedside dresser and wardrobe. DOUBLE BEDROOM 3: Double bed, large dresser with mirror and wardrobe. QUEEN BEDROOM 4: Queen bed, large dresser with mirror and wardrobe. FAMILY BATHROOM: There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower plus a second hairdryer. This is a small community with a children's play area and tennis court on site, and a community pool just a 2/3 minute walk from the villa. It is ideally situated approx 12-15 minutes drive from Disneyworld and situated in an idyllic setting just 2 miles South of the 192 on the Western side of Highway 27, with its profusion of shops, restaurants and attractions. For golf lovers there are six championship golf courses within just a 20 minute drive from the villa. The villa is managed by an extremely reliable and family run Management Company, ensuring the villa and pool is kept to our high standards of cleanliness who are on call 24/7. We also hire a professional gardener who keeps our gardens maintained.More
