The Sanctuary" is in a prime location being 2 miles from exit 58 on I 4. A beautiful drive through prestigious Champions Gate then on to Ronald Reagan Boulevard for ¾ mile. At Champions Gate there is a "Subway", Chinese and Italian restaurants, a Publix supermarket, a hairdressers, Video shop, McDonalds and a B.P. garage. To the left of the Sanctuary (1/2 mile) takes you to the junction of Highway 27 where you will find Walgreens (24hr pharmacy) Beef O'Brady's Pub Chinese takeaway, garage and other local shops. For your privacy the Sanctuary is a gated community only accessible by coded entry. Wonderful Stay at this pet friendly pool property near all !
We spent a wonderful 4 days at the Villa from 12/20-12/24. It was my family of 5 adults and we all had plenty of space. The home is located in a very nice gated neighborhood and located within 5 minutes to gas stations, walmart, Publix, restaurants and entertainment. The outside of the home is very appealing and driveway holds 2 cars easily. The foyer is inviting and holds a shoe rack for those wishing to kick off their shoes right away. There is a queen sized bathroom with a shower/tub and sink area. The closet in this room is stocked with extra towels, wash cloths, blow dryer, extra blankets and pillows. The bed was a little harder but I am used to a soft bed. Though it was in the front of the house we heard no noise from outside cars passing by. There was also a nice sized TV. Passing through there are two twins sized rooms with two twin beds in each. One is very nicely blue stripped themed and the other is a Disney Mickey Theme. Both bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows. Closer to the back bedroom is the laundry room with an extremely updated ( COOL ) washer and dryer. Instructions on how to work them are clearly listed. There is a hall closet stocked with additional pillows, blankets, loads of towels, washcloths, hand towels and pools towels. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and is right next to the living/kitchen area. The living room was equipped with plenty of video games, movies, books and entertainment. The TV was very easy to understand and as promised on the table is a book with any information you could possibly imagine needing. Moving into the kitchen area is a fully equipped kitchen with any utensil, cup, cooking supply etc you could need for numerous people. The master had a King sized bed, double sink with a large garden tub and large shower. There were additional sheets, towels, blankets and pillows in the master closet as well. The pool area was large and had a table with 4 chairs, 2 foot rests and 2 lounge chairs. As promised there is an alarm that can be turned off or activated for patio security leading to the pool area. The pool is large and jacuzzi area comfortably fits 6 people. The jets are not as strong as I would have liked and the jacuzzi or pool never really got warm enough, but it was explained that the jacuzzi wouldn't get to be extremely hot and the pool depended on the outside weather when we purchased the additional pool heating. It is also an enclosed pool area so we never had to worry about insects at night. Overall, the trip was fantastic. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely return to this home again. ONLY negative was some ants to which we called the realtor and they were going to send pest control right over but it wasn't so much of an issue to have them come out.
Forgot also next to the second twin size bedroom was a full bathroom that the twin rooms shared. Lastly forgot all about the cool gameroom/garage. The pool table had a fully stocked balls, a dart board with darts, a foose ball table and other necessities like a high chair, strollers and a graco portable crib, table and chairs to hang out in there, a love seat, a small radio that could be taken out back and a BBQ. I wasn't sure if the BBQ was usable but there was one there. Something to inquire next time.
