We are conveniently located on Highway 27, on Florida Pines Development. Disney world is 15 Minutes away, with many prestigious championship golf courses near by. Interstate 4 is 10 Minutes drive away. The villa is ideally situated for Sea World, Universal Studios, and many other major attractions, not forgetting the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf coast approx 90 Minutes.

Our home is luxuriously furnished throughout. The Living room has Vaulted Ceiling and equipped with total comfort including sofa bed, 50' High definition Cable TV, DVD, Hi-FI System with CD. Computer with wireless broadband internet access.
Leading from the quiet sitting room is an open plan dining room kitchen which is fully equipped with every modern convenience, there are 2 master bedrooms with their own master bathrooms and cable Smart TV with Netflix. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedded rooms with Disney Theme with direct access to the third bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms also have cable TV. With every bedroom having bathroom facilities there is no more queuing in the morning. We also provide – Crib with bedding, high chair, stroller. There is a separate laundry room complete with washing machine tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and bedding are provided.
Outside there is an extended deck area, the pool area is equipped with luxury pool furniture. The Covered Porch/Lanai provides the shade from the scorching Floridian Sun with Fan while enjoying Alfresco dinning at the Table.
There is also a BBQ grill for your use, Great fun for the kids in the day and by night creates the perfect retreat to relax and unwind in a wonderfully natural setting.
We offer a high standard of accommodation. The well equipped Games room which consists of a pool table, Fuse-ball, air hockey table and an electronic dartboard to keep the kids ( and dads ) occupied for hours. Every effort has been made to ensure you have a holiday of a lifetime. Our Local Management Company are available for any genuine emergencies that occur and are always willing to help with any problems that arise.
Our villa is kept to a very high standard, we visit regularly our home, to up grade & to make sure that any one who stays in our home will want to keep on coming back.

Everything in this villa was as described. The location was great. Villa was very clean and beautiful. The pool was great and heating was on throughout. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We spent some time in the games room, it was fantastic. All kitchen and laundry utensils were immaculate. Every we needed was present, we could not have asked for more. The weather was good even in December, we had the best holiday ever.

Not what we expected
The home location was not what we expected, the grass was tall and needed cutting although someone came a day or two afterward while we were there. The garage was broken so we couldn't park in it.
The TV had no cable connection and limited channels in the living area so the kids played video games the whole time. The weather made it even worst because we couldn't do anything outside for a couple of days (no fault of the owner).
We also experienced a little racial profiling in the neighborhood, my son was walking down the street from the house exercising and two white guys pulled on the side of him asking him "CAN WE HELP YOU", being the man he is he told them NO, and kept walking. At that time we were standing outside and saw what was happening. My husband just happened to be walking told my son at the samw time so the guys apologized with some lame excuse about the neighborhood,but we knew what is was, besides
the neighborhood was not all that. VERY Disappointed!

We are very sorry to hear that our villa failed to exceed your expectations. With regards to the garage, this has been converted to a games room as there is plenty of parking on the drive way. All rooms have cable tv with over 100 channels. We also have netflix account in the villa.
The grass is trimmed every week in summer months and 2 weekly in the winter months. We have a local management company that is there to help any queries or help use any equipment in the house.
We are also very disappointed that this is the first comment that did not get a 5 star review.

Beautiful home, good location
We really enjoyed staying at this home. It had lots of space for our entire family. The pool was great! Everything was super clean and well kept. The location was great too! It was also very easy to book. Thanks.

exceptional villa
we have stayed in 3 villas in davenport and this was by far the best
very clean throughout and had everything we needed from the swimming pool to the games room

Used this villa for more than 10 years would not stay anywhere else
Villa has everything you could ask for and then some never anything to much trouble 10/10 easy to get to location close to all amusement parks and shops would recommend this to all groups of families

Amazing villa. Yes, it's as good as it looks!
My family and I were very pleased to find that the villa was as perfect as it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean, well maintained and as described in the listing.
There was plenty of towels, bedding and a full compliment of kitchen wares.
The pool area was great and was maintained regularly while we were there.
The location of the villa (off Highway 27) was perfect for us. Away from the chaos of Kissimmee which allowed us to move around easily but only 15 mins via I4 to Disney.
I will (and have) recommended this to our friends. I would love to stay here again in the future.

I want to live here....
This holiday villa is a true home from home with everything that you need to make a truely comfortable break.
When we arrived everything the house looked great, the pool looked amazing and all was as you would expect in all areas, clean, tidy and fresh with no issues what-so-ever. The house was comforatble with the air conditioning and the pool was warm (as requested). We arrived early evening and a representative came to visit us at 9am the next day to check everything was to our liking and that we could operate everything, air con, alarm, dishwasher, washing machine etc. She was also very helpful in explaining the local area, supermarkets, restaurants, take out food etc.We felt that nothing was too much trouble. She left her contact details so if we had any problems we could contact her, but we didn't need to.
The property has two rooms with double beds, both with bath and shower cubicle, and bedroom three and four have two single beds in each and share a bathroom with shower. All of which are large, bright and feel clean and fresh. There is a great family area with a huge cable television and dining areas inside and by the pool. We regularly ate outside and used the poolside BBQ on a few occasions.
Transport is essential but everywhere is easily accessible, the closest Disney Park, Animal Kingdom is 20 minutes and I think Magic Kingdom was the furthest, probably 30 minutes. There are shops less than a 5 minute drive away and there is a playround and large communal swimming pool a 2 minute walk from the villa.
We were a group of six, two adults, two grandparents and two children and the property really did have everyhting that we needed, although it is a holiday villa the comfortable furnishing and decorations make it feel like a home too. I want to live there.... and our two children do too.
Nearly forgot to mention the games room. With the swimming pool and the Theme parks we didn't really have too much time to use it but it has lots to do in there, pool, table hockey, table football, darts and probably more things too that I have forgotten. Wifi and a laptop were provided and we used this with the HDMI lead and watched our own movies (from USB) on the television. You could use this for something like Netflix too. This was nice for after we had got the children to bed. These are all a great additions that went further than we expected, everything has been thought of.
I would recommend this villa and I will stay there again next year.

Great value, very clean, and well appointed.
This was a great vacation for our family. It is conveniently located close to attractions. The house had many extra amenities and made our stay stress free and very comfortable. The rate was a bargain to sleep up to 10 people and provide so much entertainment for kids and adults. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a vacation in central Florida.

Florida Pines is situated off Hwy 27 between 192 and I4 so getting around is very easy in ether directions.
Disney is approx 15 minutes from the Villa. International airport is 35 minutes.
