This rental ticked all our boxes. Close to supermarkets, easy drive to all the attractions and in a very quiet location. very clean with a homely feel to it. The owners were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Have already re booked for next year!

We have stayed in this villa before and have already booked for a return stay next year. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen and has a washing machine and dryer in the garage with toys for younger guests. The villa is ideally situated with a pool that is not overlooked by adjacent properties. Location wise it only takes 25 minutes to the Magic Kingdom car park but is close to a local Publix and WaLMart and Posner Park for Super Target ,J C Penney, Ross,Michael's and others. Always a pleasure to meet Rachael and Nick who are always available if you have a problem... we have never had a problem. We are looking forward to going again next year.

After long days at Disney it was great to come " home". That's exactly what it felt like. Everything you needed was there and clean. Neighborhood quiet and pool was great. Stayed 4 nights. Enjoyed my stay. Rachel is very pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

We have just got back from a 19 day stay in Orlando, 10 of those nights were spent at the wonderful Sunrise Villa. From the minute we walked through the door, we felt right at home, the subtle Disney, spacious, airy, clean with everything you could possibly need. The welcome back was a wonderful bonus and the beers and milk (for a proper cup of tea!) were very much appreciated. The pool is a great size for a 3 bed villa and was perfect for the 4 of us (kids 10 & 12) The beds were really comfy, the cable TV, wifi and games room was really appreciated by the kids. Rachael the owner was very good and communicated to us like an owner should, swift and polite. The villa is situated about 20 mins from Animal Kingdom, and about 30 mins from Universal/SeaWorld. Walmart and Publix are both a 5/10 min drive away, Berry Town Centre, Posner Park, & Championsgate are all very local for places to eat. We would 100% be happy to rent this villa again. It's just what we need! And would happily recommend this villa to a friend (as it was to us by a friend!) Thank you Nick and Rachael for allowing us to stay in your home.

Ideally situated villa all theme parks within 20 to 45 minute drive .Welcome pack saved us having to shop for essentials on the first day we arrived,Villa suited all ages games room for youngsters and the subtle Disney touches throughout the villa added those special moments.Outside pool and gas barbecue made it easy to chose some evening meals.Washing machine and tumble dryer in villa means next time I'm only taking half my luggage allowance. Villa spacious and very modern , ,All beds were comfortable with the added touch of spare bed linen and an airing cupboard full of bath and beach towels so will not be packing beach towels next time.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2018 I have a 3 and 4 year old they loved this house great pool and an amazing games room Rachel the owner is very nice and helpful also kindly left us a welcome pack on our arrival which was much appreciated If we were to return to Orlando I would 100% book this house again

We’ve just returned from a two week stay at Sunrise Villa and cannot fault it one bit From the initial enquiry to our return, Rachael has been amazing, answering any questions without hesitation The villa itself is in a fantastic location to Disney, main roads were sign posted straight away and averaged 15-20 minutes We visited quite a few other locations and again because of the road network was so easy to get everywhere & home again, after a couple of days you easily get your barings The villa itself is amazing, a perfect size, with everything you could thing of. Loved all of the little Disney touches too, without it being overboard The welcome pack was fantastic as we got there late in the evening and just wanted to get sorted and ready for bed, so not having to go shopping straight away was a bonus The pool was lovely and spent all our down time in it or around it as the patio area was large enough to accommodate everyone. The BBQ was so easy to use too, think we’ll be changing to a gas one at home home now! The converted garage is a brilliant idea with a huge play area which our son loved. The washing machine and dryer are a great bonus The neighbours were really friendly and neighbourhood was really quiet and we felt safe. To be fair, we felt safe all over, never encountered one issue There’s a Publix store close by which is like a UK supermarket with a huge Walmart further up the road. As well as next to the Publix there’s a petrol station and restaurants. We tried the Applebee’s and it was fantastic, especially if you fancy a night off from cooking lol You can tell the owners love this villa with care and attention to every part of it. Thoroughly recommend it and we will be back

We enjoyed every second in the villa, and wish we had stayed even longer than we did! Located a 2 minute drive from Berry town centre, and 30 minutes from Disney, it was an ideal location for the 2nd part of our holiday The welcome pack was just that, very welcome! The lager went down a treat with my husband! The pool and the games room were a massive hit with the kids! We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone :)

We spent just over 3 weeks in this lovely villa and could not fault the villa or the location. We really appreciated the "welcome pack" after a long day travelling from the U.K. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and is located near to all the attractions. We found the owners Rachael and Nick to be easily contactable and it was very nice to meet them both , nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this villa and we hope to return.

We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable in this villa. Its still close to all the fun of Orlando but far enough away from the busy to relax, which was especially rewarding for my husband and I after a long day at the amusement parks with 3 young boys. It is a bit of a further drive to the beaches; about 2 hours if you hit traffic. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated; just as you see in the pictures. It has everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen and we were pleased to also find milk, bread and butter purchased for our arrival. There are tons of books and dvds to browse thru and a wide variety of video games. The pool is awesome, opt for the heat if you're visiting in December tho! The beds are all quite comfortable; we really appreciated the king size in the master bedroom. There were plenty of towels and even some pool toys for the kids. And, the neighborhood the house resides in was mostly calm and quiet, easy to find and get around. We enjoyed our stay very much! High recommend, just book it. You'll be glad you did!
