The Shire is conveniently located within a short drive & easy access to Florida's main attractions, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, & SeaWorld, and less than two minutes from the international golf course at Champions Gate.

Beautiful villa, very clean and beds are so comfortable. We had an amazing stay. Everything was accessible and the company/ owners were so helpful and on hand if we needed anything. Will hopefully be booking again in the future.

Excellent Home
Stayed in this beautiful home while down for a football tournament and it was amazing!! Home had everything we were looking for. Great customer service and communication throughout booking process until checkout. Definitely will book again!

Absolutely one of the best home's we ever stayed in!
Hi, my family and I travel to Florida every Christmas for 2 weeks to celebrate the holidays. Sandra is one of the best hosts we've ever had. She was always available to us for what anything we needed. The home is located in a great area close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and dinnerware, more than an adequate mount of clean wash cloths, towels and extra blankets. When we arrived there was only 5 seats to her patio set. I contacted her about it because there were 9 people in our group and I told her we like eating outdoors and was hoping to have the other chair for the table. Within hours we had delivered to us 4 more brand new chairs enough for everyone.
We also had a small leak under the kitchen sink, again she had someone there immediately. The home was very spacious and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. And I do want to mention that we were a little hesitant to rent this home at first do to the fact the home hadn't been rented in almost a year before us and she ask to handle everything on PayPal instead on the Trip Advisor website's platform. I'm always suspicious about doing business outside of the website do to the fact if something goes wrong like you getting scamed! the website isn't responsible for you.
But I called TripAdvisor and they did confirm that she had been renting homes with them for over 11 years without a problem. It was just that her listing is actually through holiday lettings located in the UK and holiday lettings advertise on TripAdvisor. So don't hesitate to rent this home. Great home, great Host!!!!

Ultimate Luxury Villa
When selecting a property I'm definitely 'Mr Sceptical'. On this property I was puzzled by 2 things. Firstly it's lack of reviews between 2017 & 2019, secondly the low number of bookings. "Best Villa I Stayed In" review convinced me to go ahead & book. Couldn't have been happier with choosing this villa. The quality of all fittings & furnishing are exceptional. Every little detail has been considered & catered for. The gated community location provides an ideal base from which to explore the parks & other attractions. In summary this villa is simply perfect. Having stayed in a lot of beautiful villas over the years we absolutely agree with the Ryan family review - this is also "the Best Villa we've ever Stayed In".

Awesome villa
We arrived in February & had an absolutely fantastic time. The location & villa are perfect. Stayed here before, but there is a new Management Company who demonstrated more care for guests & the villa than previous Companies. Everything about the holiday was awesome. Many, many thanks to the owners 😘.

Best villa I have stayed in
This is our second time we have stayed in this villa, we had stayed here a couple of years ago and it wasn't any different this time, again a great place to stay, nicely presented with everything you need. This time only the 4 of us, (no grandparents), the kids had already chosen their bedrooms before we arrived. A lot of space for all the family to enjoy. Again, Sandra was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions when booking. Looking forward to returning very soon. Ryan Family.

House was very nice, but not stocked with basic necessities. Breaker tripped so we did not have hot water the first night. Chairs and game room equipment was broken. Other items (rugs, throw pillows, blankets, some dishes)are nearing the end of their life cycle and need to be updated. Limited number of towels and did not have enough for all guests for entire stay. By the end of the 3rd day needed to buy tissue, paper towels and trash bags.

Thank you for your candid review of your recent stay at our Villa and for again bringing the issues to our attention.
As discussed in our previous conversations, following a thunderstorm there was a ‘power outage’ throughout the local area. We were pleased to hear how quickly our Management Company (MC) responded and arranged for a technician to attend the villa and restore the hot water. Our MC had checked the villa and all the appliances after the storm and they have assured us going forward, following any future power outages, they will also check the hot water.
Your may recall during our MC visit to the villa to discuss & address your concerns, our MC had reported a loose chair stretcher (foot rest). We believe this has now been repaired. However, we’re unaware of any broken games room equipment and have asked our MC to investigate.
We greatly appreciate your comments about aspects of our villa that may need updating. We shall arrange for our MC to go through the villa and update any items that need replacing or replenishing.
We shall also review our listing to avoid any further misunderstandings as complementary bathroom & kitchen accessories; toilet paper, dishwasher & washing machine tablets are provided for our guests comfort during the first day or so of their holiday. However, they are not intended to last for the duration of the holiday, as the villa is self-catering.

Welcome Home!!
This house was wonderful. I will never stay anywhere else. It was close to all the parks, stores, etc. The neighborhood was excellent. The house was huge. There's was enough space for everyone to go in a different direction and have some peace after a long day. I would recommend this house to all of my friends and family.

Enjoyable experience
We really enjoyed our stay in the Shire, the villa had everything we need, location is great too.
The only thing we think needs to improve is the game room, it is spacious and have nice equipment but NO AC , and during August it was off limits due to excessive heat!

Fantastic
Firstly let me say that the owners of this villa, Sandra & Simon, go out of their way to make sure your holiday runs smoothly. Everything is clearly explained and the attention to detail is second to none. The communication all the way through was excellent.
When you view the pictures of this villa I can assure that is exactly what you get. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, well laid out and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Situated in a cul de sac there are new developments taking place quite close to the villa but at no time did this interfere with our enjoyment or holiday.
We were a family of six adults so only used the largest of the three bedrooms, two of which have on-suites. Only a short drive to most parks/shopping areas.
Lovely pool. Follow the instructions with the pool cover and the temperature is perfect at anytime of the day.
Would we recommend this villa, definitely.

Orlando Davenport is ideally situated for enjoying Floridas highlights. Walt Disney World, Busch gardens and Universal Studios are within easy reach, the town is family friendly and enjoys a gorgeous Florida climate.
