Welcome to Misty Edge! Tuscan Hills is a gated community with a distinctly Italian feel. Terracotta tiled roofs, lush landscaping and window shutters definitely give this development an upscale Mediterranean ambiance. This courtyard villa is small on size but big on space. Located on a corner plot at the end of the courtyard, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the remainder of the house being open plan. The whole place has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is modern and relaxing. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and double closet. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, double closet, flatscreen TV and a Mickey Mouse theme. Family bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a fully screened in pool with good sized sunbathing deck, patio table seating 6 and 2 sun loungers. The property is surrounded by hedges or a wall so is afforded a good deal of privacy.
