Concrete home with canal front view. 80 foot concrete dock with easy access to the Gulf and Ocean. Lots of parking on the oversized lot . 3 screened in porches for outdoor entertaining. The home is well stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. This is a 28 day minimum rental. You must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license to rent. January, February and March =$5800 plus 12.5% taxes Off Season =$4800 plus 12.5% taxee Plus $150 cleaning fee, 12.5%taxes Pets on approval only $150/pet plus 12.5% taxes Non Smoking Home, Violatores $200 fine
