This condo has excellent, close up oceanfront views. You'll see and hear the waves on the beach while relaxing in deluxe accommodations. Amenities include granite countertops, two dreamy queen size Beautyrest beds, all cotton bedding, quality tropical décor and furnishings, full kitchen, in-room coffee, luxury patio furniture, remote-controlled bamboo blackout blinds, new appliances, beach chairs, etc. Sleeps 1-4 adults very comfortably in this home away from home. The best view on Crescent!
My husband and I stayed at the condo for my birthday. We have stayed many other places in the area, but must say this condo is now our favorite! The condo itself has a beautiful view and is very tastefully decorated. It is very easy to get cozy here and not even want to leave the luxury of the condo. The great thing is that if you do, there are restaurants with in walking distance. The beach is essentially feet away with easy aaccess along with the pool. Matanzas inlet is a very short drive and is a wonderful spot for shell hunting at low tide. Carla and William are a pleasure to deal with and we cannot wait to come back to their wonderful place!!!

Amazing
This wonderful one bedroom one bath condo is everything that it said it was in more. Top floor corner condo beautiful views out of the sliding glass door patio / bedroom window. great beach. Very quiet and secluded. close food. My wife and I had an amazing time, we will be back.

Can not say enough good things about this condo !!! Great view of ocean off of balcony..Decorated sooo cute.. I truly hope to use this condo again,,,Had a wonderful time.

The Best
My family stayed at this unit recently, and we loved it. Unit comfortably sleeps four, top floor secluded corner unit with a beautiful ocean view. All modern appliances, electronics and furnishing. The unit was extremely clean. One can definitely tell that the owners take good care of this property. Great communication with the owners, quick response every time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and I would definitelly like to stay at this condo if I happen to visit the area again.

Very nice and clean condo
This condo is very clean and cozy. The view is awesome and the updates to the unit are nice. Loved watching the turtles right below the balcony. We also loved the quiet location as this is an end unit. We would highly recommend this condo to all of our friends.

Fantastic View, Very Nice Decor and Spotless!!
We stayed at this condo in October. This condo is a corner unit on the top floor with a fabulous view from the Bedroom and the Living room!!
The Sunrise is amazing but if you want to sleep in they have Blackout Blinds! Looks like they thought of everything!
From the Tropical furnishing to all the little touches this condo is perfect! It's also very clean and the beds, bedding and pillows are so comfortable!! You don't find that very often!!
Good restaurants are right next door and downtown is just a short drive.
Can't wait to come back to this condo again and again!!

Anniversary Trip
We spent our 18th Anniversary in St Augustine- stayed at Bill and Carla's Condo for 5 days! The Condo was Fabulous- ocean front view from the balcony or the bedroom- decorated so cute with all the touches of home even the door knobs on the cabinets were so adorable. Close- about 20 minute ride to St Augustine's Oldest City but far enough away for a quiet peaceful stay- some restaurants so close we walked to them- South Beach Grill had very good food. Paul and I would like to thank Bill & Carla for sharing their condo with us- we had a wonderful time- the champagne was also appreciated- a toast to our Anniversary! I would highly recommend- a great experience from the time we booked to the days getting close to our vacation Carla called to answer any questions or concerns- also to give us the door code- parking pass- outstanding quality service!

" A Touch of Paradise"
Living in Fl, we decided to stay close to home and rented this condo for four days to just "get away" from the daily routine of life. We were both pleasantly surprised at this cute little condo. The decor is quite lovely with much attention to a beach themed paradise. The views are fabulous ... the balcony directly over looks the ocean and a lovely beach. (Which was pretty quiet because of the time of year). A lot of extra care was taken by the owners to supply all the living essentials you will need for your time here. Everything from salt and pepper to beach chairs has been provided. Fully equipped and ready for your pleasure! We have a lovely time...travelling to St. Augustine and the lighthouse, both within a short distance. It was really nice to be so close to all the tourist attractions, but really out of the congestion. Carla was quite friendly and extra helpful to me . WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN !!

Wonderful place to stay
We found this condo "as advertised" - It was very well furnished with a convenient layout. It was quiet and had a super view of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed watching the surfers and also the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location of this condo was great since it was only minutes from historic St. Augustine and close to several super restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and would like to come back soon.

sehr schöne Wohnung tolle Lage und Aussicht.
Die Wohnung liegt an einem wunderschönen Strand im vierten Stockwerkam linken Ende des Gebädes. Damit hat man ein Fenstr vom Schlafzimmer Richtung Norden und sieht den Strand von der Seite und einen Balkon Richtung Osten frontal zum Strand. Zwischen Balkon und Strand ist ein unbegehbarer Bereichh, in welchem wir vom Balkon aus Schildkröten beobachten konnten. Im Meer waren hin und wieder Delphine zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen war die Wohnung gross genug, das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer dürfte etwas breiter sein.
