This Beach House is notable for its beach-edge location, its light and its ocean air, its cleanliness and its uniqueness. This is not a condo – it's a private home with no crowds, no elevators. This is all about you living right at the beach in your own family resort where traffic is nowhere near. This Beach House offers airy and modern open plan living on the top level, comprising comfortable living room, huge social kitchen and oceanview dining room, where almost every seat at the table has a sea view. The top floor also provides one of two master bedroom suites with its own en suite bathroom, oceanview balcony, HDTV and walk-in closet. At ocean level, you have the second master bedroom suite and two queen bedrooms. The ocean level master has its own en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and HDTV. Each queen bedroom has its own HDTV. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Outside, you have the huge screened patio area with its outdoor dining, comfortable seating, gas BBQ grill and private heated swimming pool and spa. The property is fresh, provides both sunny and cool areas, and it's spotlessly clean. Cocoa Beach is on a barrier island and is notable for its superb beaches, friendly family atmosphere and big quiet skies, thanks to its low-rise buildings and the no-fly zone protecting the nearby Space Center. Sunrises, sunsets and moonrises over the water are often fabulous. The neighborhood around the Beach House is so relaxed because it has the key benefit of being east of the four-lane A1A. Delightful home just a block away from the ocean

We rented two of Jon's properties for a business meeting. The houses were perfect. The maintenance was kept up and well done. We loved the art and decoration. The book of instructions had everything we needed. Thanks for everything. We had a productive meeting.
