This is an awesome spot and a perfect location!
This beautiful condo comes equipped with everything you need for a great time on the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, fishing pole, beach games, golf putting irons and golf balls, (there is a small putting green next to the pool), plus more is there to use when you stay at his awesome spot.
This condo is located in the middle part of a U shaped complex. There is an unobstructed view of the heated, salt water pool and ocean/beach. It is only two condo complexes from the Cocoa Beach Pier and blocks away from Ron Jon’s surf shop.
The living area included a 55" smart TV, large DVD library, games, books.

About the neighborhood
You are beach front. when you get sick of the beach, if you can, there is the Cocoa Beach Pier, only two complexes from the Pier. Shops and restaurants, Rikki Tikki Tavern, (bar at the end), is all walking distance.
Kennedy space center 10 min. away
Ron Jon surf shop, just a few blocks away.
When there is a launch, you can just go outside and you can see it from just about anywhere. However, everyone goes to the beach for a good view!
There are so many wildlife tours, jet ski, pontoon boat, all sorts of water craft rentals that are nearby.
There are so many restaurants that it is a bit overwhelming but lots of fun to explore and enjoy. The Merritt Island Wildlife refuge is a must if you want to see dolphins, manatees, more.
Getting around
Technically you do not need a car, but it is easier to get around and see the area properly. You can go down a wildlife drive and see alligators and so much at the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. It is so beautiful!
