Excellent spot for a month in the space Coast.
The condo is right on the Atlantic in Cocoa Beach. It is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and maintained. Very near restaurants, shopping, sights and only a few steps from the condo to the beach. The owner is easily reached and helpful.

Condo located two blocks from Coconuts on the beach and also downtown Cocoa Beach. You can walk, run or ride your bike on the beach. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a 45 minute stroll away, Publix Supermarket is 1/2 a mile up A1A. Locals and surfers favor this location so it is quiet, if you want more action walk up to Coconuts in the afternoon or evening to sit on deck have a snack, drink and listen to live music nightly.

SR 528 beach line from Orlando or I-95 to Port Canaveral follow A1A South to Cocoa Beach take a left on 3rd Street after ABC Liquors and the Chevron station. The 'Sands' will be on the beach ahead. 1st floor corner unit, free parking available.
