Villa was perfect for our family and child friendly. The owner was extremely accommodating and got back us very quickly when needed. We had everything we needed around us and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this villa and my entire family was happy with the service. Thank you for everything

Despite this property having a management company assisting the property owner who lives overseas, they have not done a good job with upkeep of the property: appliances need to be replaced, sliders are broken limiting outdoor living, issues with pool and jacuzzi, along with many other issues…. Awful Vacation!

The house was professionally cleaned upon our arrival & was convenient to shopping and Disney World attractions.

This was our fourth vacation home rental and so far the best. From the moment we step through the front door, we felt a tremendous feeling of happiness. We were so excited as we walked through the house. The home was clean and had all the amenities (cutlery, flatware, towels, bedding, pool toys, pool table, etc.) required to enjoy our stay. The home is very spacious inlcuding the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This home could easily host 2 families of 4 very comfartably without that feeling of always bumping into each other. There are 4 access doors to the pool deck that include Master bedroom, dining room, living room and washroom. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and spent alot of time using them both. This is a quiet and small neighbourhood. We always felt safe and never experienced any disturbances from neighbours. Disney was only a 20 minute drive and Universal was 35 minutes. It was close enough that we would leave the park just after noon and return back to the park in the evening. We stayed during Christmas break and felt the traffic to and from was straight forward and easy flowing. Restaurants, gas stations, grocer and shopping are just around the corner both north and south on Hwy 27. I can't say enough about the home and it's location. Everything was great! The owner was great to communicate with before our arrival. He always provided quick responses via email. Thank you very much for enhancing our stay.

We have just arrived back from a 16 day stay at this wonderfully kept villa. We would recommend this comfortable and very clean holiday property to everyone looking for a spacious family villa conveniently located for Disney and Universal - only 30 minute drive for Orlando International Airport

The villa was everything we expected and more. Plenty of information on arrival about everything you need to know from directions to helplines ect. The villa was immaculate and had everything you would need plus extras. The pool and outside area was also very clean. We had a larger party and the villa was plenty big enough for us all, none of the room are small, it was like a home from home. The villa is in a nice quiet area, and has a park and tennis courts if you wanted to wonder. The location to the main attractions was perfect as it was easy to access and not to far to drive (Universal aprox 35mins & Disney aprox 15mins) . The local shops are 5/10 minutes away depending if you wanted Walmart or Publix and there are a good choice of restaurants close by also. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely go back.

We stayed as a family of 6 at Mervyn's villa. We were welcomed with a clean, spacious villa with lots of extras. The location was brilliant, we felt very safe and the villa had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who wanted to stay near Disney as we had a fantastic few weeks here. It was just perfect

We felt that it was nice but next year we plan to find a 10 bedroom home. We would however recommend the home to others. We hope you continue to have much success in your rentals.

Loved our stay at Ibis Villa!! Home was clean and my family felt at home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This villa was amazing had everything you could possibly need plenty of space for 8 people the pool was a great size bigger then what we seen in the area it was cleaned every Tues we were 15 mins drive from Disney & with the traffic about 35 mins from universal but very straight forward to get there, only a 3 min drive from publix supermarket & 5 from a big Walmart plenty of shops & restaurants near by it was great to come back to a nice quiet area after the busy parks would greatly recommend & would defiantly stay here again
