About the neighborhood
Historic Downtown Clermont can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The town is unique for spreading over gentle hills (Remember, the mean elevation in Florida is about 30 meters), and at the same time between the two big lakes Minneola and Minnehaha. Don't miss the nice board walk on Lake Minneola.

The National Training Center for Triathlon and other sports is 2 miles east of Clermont; they offer many Olympic features and are also open to the public. No wonder that very often you see cyclist speeding around the two lakes. Triathlon events are organized in Clermont.
