The renter agrees that this is a strictly non-smoking property. A $150 charge will be made against your security deposit should evidence of smoking be found in the property. 2. Pets are not permitted in rental properties. A $200 charge will be made against your security deposit should the renter bring pets in the property. 3. A non refundable 30% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The total rental balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, again non-refundable once paid. (Please see no. 5 Travel Insurance) 4. No cancellations will be accepted due to weather related issues. 5. We strongly recommend you obtain Travel Insurance to cover cancellations and weather matters or ill health and disruption to travel. Cancellations will not be permitted for any force majeur. 6. Early check ins or late check outs are possible for an additional fee. If late check out is not arranged and renter does not promptly check-out at 10am, the renter will be charged $25.00 per hour. 7.
