FANTASTIC EVERYTHING!!
Condo was phenomenal! Everyone in our party had their own bedroom/bathroom/space. Was fun to do things together but when personal space was needed it was there. Condo is very beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities needed. Having never been to Clearwater before – this was the favorite end of the peninsula. Walking distance to everything- all of the restaurants/bars/beach areas. Small island mart/grocery store was good for necessities – less than a block away. Trolleys and transportation if wanting to go further. Was first time to Clearwater and will definitely be back! Definitely recommend this condo to anyone going – process was easy, Andrea good to work with, beautiful accommodations over looking the intercoastal waterway – got to see dolphins outside our balcony one day! Storage closet has all the necessities – rafts, cooler, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. Great time!!

Amazing!
What can we say?! Well, the photos simply do not do this condo justice!! Our expectations were surpassed.l!! The allocated parking space no. 32 is right by the entrance to the lift lobby and the condo is on the 1st floor over looking the bay and a spectacular view from the balcony it is too!
Three excellent sized rooms, all with ensuites. The master ensuite has a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and his and hers basins. Kitchen is fully equipped, Laundry Room meant we went back with all clean clothes! Lovely looking lounge and dining room! All this meant it was very much home from home. The overall size of this condo is massive! Almost as big as the villa we had prior!
Location wise, the beach, restaurants and bars are within 5mins and the harbour and Pier 60 with 10min. And The Edge Hotel which is more or less opposite has a great roof top bar!
Andrea was great at responding to any questions we had! Thanks for letting us stay!!
We would definitely recommend this place and consider staying here in the future.

Vacation
The Condo was beautiful and had all your amenities that you would need. I loved the beautiful view on our balcony. Everything is walking distance. Definitely will book again!!
