This is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated luxurious condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, large bedroom, and large living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. Bedroom has a flat screen tv, queen sized bed, maximum of two people. There is a small dining area, and a very large living area with a flat screen tv and a large leather couch (sofa bed) for all your comfort needs. The private balcony has four chairs and small table and is very quiet. This condo is located on the second floor. Nice Stay
Edyta was a warm welcoming Owner. In general, the place was comfortable. A bit too many bees by tree in veranda, but it was not the end of the world. As we were close to supermarket, etc. we were able to walk there. We had a bit more rain than we expected, but only God can control the weather, lol. We got to see the kids and grandchildren which was great. We were happy at the Avalon. Best.

A great choice!
This is a nice, clean and comfortable condo with an excellent gym and pool. We used the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. There are two TV's, too!

Relaxing
Very nice relaxing place to stay. We had everything we needed. So Beautiful. Only 10 min from Clearwater beach.

Great condo!
Edyta was a wonderful hostess. When we first arrived she informed us of some construction that was going on in the building that she was just made aware of - and if we didn't want to stay she would refund us of our money immediately. The construction impacted use of the balcony for the first 2 nights but the condo itself was very nice. Due to the construction - the electric needed to be turned of at one point. Edyta called and asked us if it was ok - we were leaving the condo for the day so we agreed. When it was back on she texted me to see if everything was ok. And apologized for any inconvenience. The construction was not her fault - things happen and I understand that. The unit is very tastefully decorated. True to the pictures. The pool closes at dusk. The condo is about a a 10 minute drive to the beach. It is within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. My daughter, mom and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. And if we visit again we would not hesitate to rent again! We definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella
