Coastal Beach Escape is completely stocked with every appliance you will need, including two refrigerators, stove/oven, microwave oven, washer and dryer with cookware, dishes and utensils. Enjoy the open floor plan layout which includes a large center island from which you can enjoy the dining area, living area and oversized family room with a 70" flat screen TV. The bedroom layout features luxury sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (The Turtle bedroom) has a queen sized bed, as well as an oversized comfy chair which pulls out to a twin bed. The third bedroom (the Ships and Anchors bedroom) is ideal for children with a fantastic trundle bunk bed. The bunk bed, easily sleeping 4 children, is a twin over full with a twin trundle. The fourth bedroom, with an ensuite full bathroom, is known as our Endless Summer bedroom. It is tastefully decorated with a queen sized bed, as well as a full size pull-out futon bed.
Coastal Beach Escape allows you both the privacy of the Carlouel development, as well as the extremely active and fun-filled downtown Clearwater Beach area of Pier 60 only 1.5 miles away. Enjoy the other close attractions, including the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, numerous beach restaurants, other fine dining, and water activities, such as deep sea fishing, boat, jet ski rentals and para-sailing. Another close attraction is Caladesi State Park, which is a beautiful beach walk away from our private beach, which can only otherwise be accessed by ferry. Our private beach is dog-friendly, so make sure you include your four-legged, furry, loved family member when planning your luxury beach vacation!!
