This unit has three balconies. Gorgeous sunsets of the deck, or relax sitting on the beach as the waves break on the shore.

Excellent condo with elevator for all the ladies

Sharkey's Bar and Grill was by far the bet prime rib around. Sandbar had the best fish platter and Skinny's the best burgers and the City Pier Restaurant had great shrimp overall excellent food all around.

Fantastic vacation!

My family of 4 truely enjoyed 1425 Bermuda Bay. It was clean, comfortable, modern and well taken care of. It was impeccabley stocked with anything you could need for a beach vacation. This was important as we flew to Florida. Just bring your toiletries, sun screen and buy food or eat at some of the local restaurants 😉 The condo is 3 floors from garage to bedrooms, but we just considered it our exercise for the week. The washier and drier located on the main floor was a life saver over and over! Again, flying...limited luggage space, etc. The condo is located about half way between the gulf drive and bay side of the condo buildings. It literally was about a 2 minute walk across Gulf Drive, across the sand to the water (Very Easy Access) and about 1 minute to the pool which is on bay side of community. The main deck off the great room offers a pretty good view of the ocean, an outside table w/ umbrella and comfortable deck furniture. The back deck, accessible through the garage, has a shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. The 2 car garage provided great security with key pad entry or remote. I felt very safe in the condo, condo community and through out Anna Maria Island. This was important as I am a widow traveling with my tween children. We even rode the free trolley that has stops right at condo entrance. Lastly, the Sun Set on the beach was absolutely stunning. What a fantastic surprise!

Good bucket and spade holiday with young children

Excellent 9 days in lovely apartment. People very friendly with beautiful weather what more could one want ! Perfect bucket and spade holiday. Definitely would do it again. Met up with family who travelled from Houston - we came from the UK.

Wonderful

This was a wonderful place, more than enough room (very large) there were four in our party. The views are great from the windows and balcony. The ocean was a very short walk across the street. Everyone had a great time. Condo was fully stock with sheets,towels, and beach towels. Everything was there. The swimming pool was very nice, there was also a hot tub. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Cincinnati, Ohio

The location of Bermuda Bay Club was ideal in particular this unit (1419) as it had its own private elevator which was ideal for my parents of 83, who have difficulty navigating stairs. In fact when we were searching for the appropriate unit, it was Rick from Skipper Vacation Rentals who recommended this particular unit for the very reason that it had an elevator (thanks Rick!) Access to the beach was only a few steps away (again perfect for seniors); and when the wind was too much at the beach, the condo pool was a great back up for soaking up the sun. The grounds of Bermuda Bay were clean and well kept; you can tell the corporation takes great pride in the up keep. The unit we stayed in was clean, bright and airy with many amenities within and very quiet. Easy access to the free trolley that served a North South route up and down the island was a huge bonus; in particular on weekends when traffic was heavier and finding parking spots were more challenging. Countless seafood restaurants, gifts shops and grocery stores all within a very short distance of each other Very clean beaches and perfect sunsets You don’t come across many tourist areas where there are strict noise by-laws and enforced (for which we were thrilled at). An easy drive from Tampa International Airport of just under an hour

Cute but needs some changes.

First glance place seemed great. Clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and place was well stocked. However, too stocked. Lots of "leftover" stuff in cupboards and drawers from previous tenants/owners. Drawers were dirty, cooler bags dirty, wagon was broken, no swing for enjoying the sunset like in the picture. (We asked but nobody knew about it.). Dining room chairs were HORRIBLE as they were peeling leather chunks that got all over our clothes and on the floor. We had to sweep all the time. It was gross! Internet was not working but Rick was great and got it fixed. Definitely would recommend skipper and associates as they were always quick to reply when we called or asked for assistance.

First this unit in the Pictures is not the unit this guest stayed in. The unit they did stay in is another unit in the same complex that we manage. As far as being well stocked we do leave salt, pepper, and oils and spices for other guest, but nothing perishable. The wagon belongs to the Owner was not supposed to be used by the guest. A prior guest must have used the wagon and placed the wheel back on. There is no picture of swing in any of our pictures for this complex. The Dining room chairs do need to be replaced and will be taken by the Owner in January. Internet controlled by Cable company, we can not control outage, but I did get them a new modem to attempt to fix the issue. Overall they did very much enjoy there stay, I met with them a few times and they were enjoying the unit very much. This unit they stayed in was recently remodeled, new Akai cabinets, bamboo wood flooring, new quartz counters, all new appliances ,it is an extremely nice unit. Rick

Excellent accomodation and locality

This is the second time we have stayed here, in different units. Everything was excellent. No fuss, and just so convenient with the trolley at the roadside and the beach a walk across the road

Family fun

It is great to have a place where all families have their own space but then a place big enough for us all to get together and eat and catch up. We really enjoy our time there.

home away from home

I concider the Bermuda Bay Club my home (far)away from home. My family and I have stayed there many times. No matter if we are with family (kids & grandkids) or with friends it spacious and comfortable. The condo and complex are clean and well kept. You are just steps away from the beach with beautiful white sands and breath taking sunsets.
