You'll have the entire guest house to yourself with a separate entrance. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The property is finishing up a complete renovation: the Pool will be updated in November; new flooring, windows and doors within a few months. Very conveniently located with 1-95 just 4 minutes away, all kinds of shops, restaurants, fitness club and movie theatre are also just minutes away. It's a quick drive to the ocean and midway between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Street Parking is available in front of house.
No smoking inside premises, no parties and no pets. Also, please be mindful that this is a quiet neighborhood and the owners live on site, so excessive noise will not be tolerated. The pool is secured by gate at entrance to property, but ...

No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets. This is a quiet neighborhood and the owners live on site, so excessive noise will not be tolerated. "Quiet hours" are 10pm-7am. Pool & patio is closed:10pm-7am. No illegal activities allowed. The pool is secured by gate at entrance to property, but there is no additional pool gate. For this reason, children may not be guests (renters) of the guest house. Until a new door is installed, the key will be handed back and forth upon arrival and check out.

Very conveniently located with 1-95 just 4 minutes away. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants, just minutes away, as well as a fitness club and movie theatre. It's a quick drive to the ocean and Delray Beach (the South Beach of Palm Beach County, with its numerous nightclubs, live music, and restaurants) is the next town south of Boynton Beach. Boca Raton is only 2 towns south of the property. Also, the house is roughly midway between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, where there are numerous cultural attractions fun excursions / activities available.
