My home is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath ground floor condo, with just over 1000 square feet of living space with huge closets in both bedrooms. The condo is eight years young with all new paint and carpeting throughout. The living room and dining rooms had laminate flooring installed in December 2015. It sleeps 7 with a pull out queen couch in the living room and an extra twin mattress. The home is conveniently located right between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach on the East side of Route 1 and near the outlets. Once you are there, you can take back roads to get to downtown Rehoboth in 10 minutes (less than 4 miles away) and you don't need to get back on Route 1! If you are interested in eating in, the kitchen is fully-stocked with all of your cooking needs and has a separate dining area. Although there is no pool, you can go 1/4 mile down the road to Midway Speedway Park and get an all day pass to swim in the Olympic sized swimming pool, use the kiddie pool or water slides for only $20! They also have go-carts, bumper boats and miniature golf! My calendar is accurate and ALWAYS up to date. Be sure to check the available dates before inquiring! More

Excellent beach and bike getaway
Stephanie’s condo was an awesome location with just the right accommodations for my husband and myself, though there would be ample room for 2 couples or for parents with kids. We loved the location, from which we could easily bike on a quiet road to the Junction/Breakwater trail for rides over 20 miles. Also centrally located for driving to Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, not to mention all the outlets. Beds were comfortable though good idea to bring your own pillows. Stephanie was very responsive when we reached out with questions. I would love to give 5 stars but, although it was very clean, there were a few maintenance/wear and tear things that make it more of a 4-4.5. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Condo was clean. Did not know we needed to bring sheets and towels. Had to go out and buy them. First time I had to do that. The TV’s in both bedrooms didn’t work. The TV in the living room had 8-10 channels available. After you eliminate kids shows, shopping channels and news, there was just about nothing left. We contacted the owner and she tried to tell us what to do with the TV’s but, nothing worked. Cell service was terrible.

I’m sorry to hear you thought I was a 3 out of 5 star rating. I do clearly state in the rental agreement, again in the attachment with check in email and a third time in the paragraph of the check in email that sheets and towels are not provided. I am renting out my home, there is not hotel service. I also state in the rental agreement that I have basic cable, but I do have Netflix and the on demand feature for Xfinity. I encourage everyone to carefully read their rental agreement and correspondence so you know exactly what to expect. Stephanie

Very clean Rehoboth rental
The hone was very clean and very close to the beaches restaurants and shopping. It is located on the first floor which is very nice. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beach Getaway
I loved this condo, it was so beautiful, perfect for the price for my friends and my boyfriend. It is so close to everything 15 minutes from the beach, close to all the outlet stores, and close to the water park Jungle Jims! I’ll remember this place forever, great place to book!!

Perfect for three adults
Great location near Rehobeth and Lewes. Very roomy and affords privacy with separate bathrooms for each bedroom.

Good location
We found the apartment to be very clean and fully equipped. It is in a quiet place that still manages to be near everything we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Definitely recommended.

Central location, close to everything; outlets, attractions, downtown. Very clean, all you need in the kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Great for 2 - 4 guests!

My condo is conveniently located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach within 2 miles of all of the outlets and 3 miles from the center of Rehoboth. My home is on the East side of Route 1. Once there, you can take back roads to access shopping and downtown Rehoboth and avoid any traffic on Route 1. My condo is just 1 mile from the Junction and Breakwater Biking and Walking Trail that runs between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. From there, you can bike into either town in less than 20 minutes.
