This is a lovely beach condowith deck overlooking a beautiful pool. It is directly off Rehoboth Avenue 1A and is 12 walking minutes from the beach. Henlopen Station condo development is surrounded by scores of coffeeshops, restaurants, scooter rentals, carryout's and lots of other fun places. Plenty of parking.

Nice and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and in a great location just minutes to drive to the beach and shopping. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I just wish there was WiFi and the King size bed is very uncomfortable. I think it's time for it to be replaced. But the unit has everything that you need. We brought a lot of things with us that were already in the unit. We would stay again and probably will book next year.

Would stay again

Nice place, just right for our fishing trip. Pool was open but a cold front came in and was too chilly to go in. Place is updated in some places (bathrooms) and a little tired in others (kitchen). Beds were comfy. DR table and LR area good but carpet had an iron burn mark. Patio nice and big enough for a few people. Only minor issue is deadbolt sticks and dust around the AC/Heater vents. Would rent again.
