The Napping House is a full amenities rental. The perfect home for vacation with large or extended family. 3 levels to provide comfort, space and privacy. On the top floor, the large master bedroom complete with king size bed and flat screen TV. Down the hall, the kids bungalow with 2 pyramid bunks that can sleep up to 3 kids each, includes flat screen TV, Play station 3 and DVD player. Want a quiet beach? You'll find peace and open space at the two state park beaches on either side of Bethany, Indian River Inlet or Fenwick State Park.

A drive 30 minutes north will take you to the the Tanger Outlet shopping of Rehoboth. Drive 30 minutes south and you'll find the wacky wild boardwalk of Ocean City Maryland.

My family and I loved the Napping House. It was close to beach and other activities. We will definitely be going back.

Great stay!
We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for our large family. We had 4 kids and 3 adults staying and everyone had plenty of space to do their own thing and also the living room was perfect for hanging out as a family. The table was perfect to fit all of us and the kitchen was great. The kids loved the bunk room and had a blast. I dont have much to say negatively about this place except that maybe they could hire a professional cleaning service to keep the place clean. There was some areas that may have needed more cleaning but it was such a good cost for a place 5 min from the beach, the little dirty areas didnt compare to the positives that came from this trip. Oh and just a heads up no bedroom have their own bathrooms in the room, i wondered that when booking this place. The bottom level has 1 bedroom and one room that we turned into a bedroom and a full bath. The second floor is the kitchen with half bath and living room and the top is the kids bunk room and the master with full bath in between. Thanks to the home owners for a great location!

Perfect beach condo
This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

Good location, lots of room.
Nice location,lots of room, nice deck just could’ve been cleaner. Owners got back tome right away if I had questions.

Nana’s napping house!
Amazing! Beautiful house! Great location and plenty of room. We have four children ranging in ages from 18 to 5 and they all had a great time! Such a safe , family oriented, wonderful week. We had to drag our selves home. We will be back next year! Thank you sooo much.

A great family-friendly condo with a beautiful pool. A
Located in the beautiful Southampton community. Spacious family-friendly condo with a large deck with seating for 12 people. Pool within walking distance and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We loved our week vacation and would definitely return.

About the neighborhood
Bethany Beach is a very family friendly area. They have free movies on the beach on Mondays and bonfires on Thursdays. We confidently let our teenagers wander the boardwalk. There are many fun events planned on the weekends. The life guards are amazing. If you want a quieter beach Fenwick State Park beach is less than 10 minutes and has lots of room for a catch on the beach.
There is a large beautiful pool in our complex within walking distance. The pool area has lots of chaise lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and a large pergola.
Our favorite places include 14 Global (foodies will be delighted), Taco Taco (teens will be delighted) and Bonkies (Family will be delighted)

We are not on the Bethany Trolley route. We are a 10 minute bike ride to the beach or a 5 minute drive.
